895, north of charles street. southbound, few cars joining the drive as you head out this morning. still moving at good pace around the beltway. this is wilkins avenue now, traveling through the catonsville region, all lanes open and moving well for you on 695 at wilkins avenue. 695 on the west side looking good between i-70, and 95 on the southwest side. traveling on the topside, a look at harford road. see a disabled vehicle on the outer loop at cromwell bridge. mta commuters, no delays reported for for rails or bus delays either. breaking news this morning, out of arundel. following a massive fire. the fire moved through two homes overnight, in 1000 block of cutler har. linda so is live. we are trying to establish a

live shot. this is in pasadena, linda, can you hear me? >> reporter: yeah, i can. we got here about five minutes ago. the fire is out right now. firefighters are working on putting out the hot spots. there are lots of trucks k fire trucks, engines lining the street. it took 15 pieces of equipment to get the fire under control, 76 firefighters responded. it took them an hour to bring this fire under control. what happened was, they got the call at 3:20 this morning, the fire started in an end unit town home, 1001 cutler harbor in the town home community. when firefighters got here, they found two town homes that were fully engulfed in flames. it took about an hour to bring the fire under control. it is under control. the fire is out. firefighters are going through working to get the hot spots out. those two town homes were

extensively damaged. we are waiting on red cross to help the families that were displaced. four adults, two kids, one pet, all displaced by the fire. red cross is on their way to help those two families. the good news is that no one was injured in this fire. right now, firefighters remain on the scene trying to get out any hot spots. >> really quickly this is a residential area, are there people walking around, wondering how this happened and how it started? have you had a chance to talk to anybody or see anyone waking up this early in the morning? >> reporter: we haven't seen a lot of people out yet. because it happened so early. people are still probably sleeping. we haven't seen anyone walking dogs yet or lights turning on in the homes. we will keep our eye out for that. we are told the families displace ready still here. we haven't been able to locate

them yet. they are waiting on red cross. we will bring you a live report at 6:00. hopefully we will have more information then. >> we look forward to hearing from you then. linda so reporting live. week passed since a shooting that killed three students and injured others in sheridan, ohio. here is a look ahead for the 17 year old charged. >> accused ohio school shooter, tj lane expected to appear in court for a pretrial hearing. this is happening while a funeral mass will be held today for 16 year-old hue lynn, one of the victims. prosecutors are trying to limit the release of more information about lane. he is charged with 3 counts of aggravated murder and felony assault in connection with the shooting. reports and court records show he had a troubled past, at 15

charged with juvenile assault for putting his uncle in a choke hold and punching him in the face and parents charged with domestic violence, father served prison time for assaulting a police officer and charged with assault on another woman. at the time of the shooting, lane lived with his grandparents. another hearing is scheduled for march 19th where authorities plan to discuss a motion to transfer lane's case to an adult court. at can have, a look at -- at 6:00, a look at the shooting victim's recovery. today is maryland senate budget and taxation committee will focus on doomsday, department of legislative services plans to give the panel a briefing on the doomsday budget plan. happening this morning in annapolis, the plan has been put together in case lawmakers cannot agree on how to balance the bill and reduce $1 million deficit. part of the plan could include 500 state government employee

two from runners have their focus on ohio. rick santorum and mitt romney in a dead heat in polls. we are live with our sister station. >> reporter: good morning, charlie. ohio is such a pivotal state. there are 66 delegates at stake , the second highest among the states voting on the super tuesday, georgia leads with 76 delegates. rick season tomorrow and former massachusetts governor, mitt romney are in a dead heat. ron paul is still in the running. polls show him in the dead last among the four. here in downtown since cincinnati, officials say they are expecting a higher voter turnout in the primary compared to the 2004 primary. it's interesting to see what happens here today. >> talking about the spending
