ears. despite education and advertisements, one in four high school seniors still smokes. that's according to a new report. more than 80% of them started by the time they were 18 and today more than 600,000 middle school students and 3 million high school students smoke. efforts to prevent them from using and chewing tobacco have all been unsuccessful. >> to many of our children are addicted, to many cannot quit and to many go onto die far to young. >> now tobacco use remains the leading cause of preventable death. the report suggests more work needs to be done including creating smoking bans and increasing taxes onto bako products. last week a judge blocked an fda mandate. . the obama administration appealed the decision.

cooler air on the back side of this front. it'll drop us in to the 50s through the day tomorrow. we will peak early in the day and temperatures falling through the day and then we struggle to get out of the 40s on saturday and you see why. here is what's headed our way. this it air mass which is only in the mid40s for highs today. and you -- you contrast that with the 70s up and down the eastern seaboard. 80 in alabama. yes it's its contrasted air temperature cross the eastern united states that we often see in this part of march though this is a little more extreme than average. take a look. the trend bringing that line of showers through the overnight. then more dry and partly cloudy by friday afternoon. temperatures peak early in the day and will fall through the evening with winds shifting northwest. not as gusty but still breezy and cooler. the air temperatures get struggling to get out of the upper 40s. 45 over night. the possibility of a few thunderstorms through the
