they are there to help. >> we are going to do all we can to do right by the wounded and to do right by the families. we are respecting the three days of mourning. >> reporter: general allen described the response aftersoldier was discovered missing. >> we put together a search party and as they were forming, we began to have indications of the outcome of his departure. >> reporter: as villagersmourned some u.s. military officials are speaking out on condition of anonymitty. suspect is an infant try sniper and suffered a traumatic brain injury from a wreck in his vehicle from his last deployment in iraq but was found fit for treatment after treatment. the incident will not impact plan to withdraw u.s. troops from the country in 2014. >> we will continue to work with the afghan government with afghan forces in the implementation of the strategy. >> reporter: defense secretary agreed and tried to put it into

tonight at the full gospel church on bentonlow street in baltimore at 7:45. everyone is welcomed to attend. 6:34. new this morning 911 tapes were release fraud stolen bus chase that happened in albuquerque. it lasted 70 miles down a highway and end with a suspect shot by cops. abc2 news linda so is here in the studio with what's release now with the -- released now with the new audio. >> reporter: police received several warning calls about the school bus tearing down highway at high speeds. take a listen. >> it has a flat tire and officers are in pursuit of it right now. >> reporter: about a half dozen police officers gave chase. the pursuit had the crippled bus barreling down the highway at more than 70 miles an hour. police say the suspect nathaniel shipman stole the empty bus in albuquerque. they used three stop sticks and a pit maneuver to stop the bus but the suspect didn't

surrender. police used bean bags and fired tbowlts stop him. he was hit three times -- bullets to stom stop him weassments hit three times but -- him. he was hit three times but survived. >> we are very blasted. >> the -- blessed. >> reporter: the suspect is under guarded condition and faces several charges. linda so abc2 news. a bomb threat force as blain to land in buffalo. the flight was headed from boston to chicago. a woman in boston apparently called in that threat to authorities. the fbi says the whole thing was a result of a domestic dispute that led to the jetblue flight being diverted. it turned out to be false and fbi representative in boston says they continue the investigation and questions the woman who called in that threat. new this morning, homeless people are being used as wi-fi hot spots in austin texas. under the pilot program the homeless earn 20 dollars a day and cash for anyone who logs

different than it did then. but we are area this morning and being replaced with some very mild temperatures this morning. we have been stuck on 60 all morning long basically. easton 54 degrees right now. 58 in dc and 59 in york pennsylvania. and these temperatures are not going down. they are going to go up and if we get more sunshine in here, we really will soar close to maybe record temperatures set in 1990 it was 85 then. future trend picking up on showers lingering as we go into 8. but, the fact is that behind that, well, we could have popup showers and thunderstorms maybe some gusty wind and hail as we go into the afternoon. we have a very warm moist unstable air mass. by wednesday and thursday, though, lots of sunshine in the forecast. temperatures will remain in the 70s and that's what i am forecasting for today. going into four, that temperature right around 76 degrees and rumble of thunder and tomorrow's temperatures 74 degrees and mostly sunny and
