asks bryce wilson to step out of the car. >> i'm going to ask you this one time, one time only. i smell marijuana all over you. >> all right. >> where is it at. >> wilson keeps saying i don't have any weed. i don't have any weed. >> hold on to it. >> he pats down wilson once. >> wilson seems compliant up to this point. >> the whole time wilson is compliant. >> sergeant moore seems insistent on finding the weed he suspects he smells. he goes to search him one more time. here is where it gets interesting. >> put your hands on that car. spread your legs. >> he appears to grope wilson in the groin area and wilson then reacts to the groping, and that's where sergeant moore puts wilson in a choke hold, just as another officer shows up. >> he did more than touch him. it seemed like he adjusted him. >> they get handcuffs on him. but it's not over. >> where's it at? where's it at?

>> i don't have any. >> stop! >> wilson is struggling because he's obviously in pain. that's when the taser comes out. >> he's cuffed! >> following an internal investigation, sergeant moore was reprimanded for violating proper search procedures. policy has been changed since this video came out. you can no longer tase somebody that is detained in handcuffs. at the end of all this, police found no marijuana in the car. >> that's the worst part, because the kid went through all this for nothing. >> help. >> this video comes to us from ktla. >> this bear has been wandering around glendale in southern california. >> he's hungry. he's come down from a mountain. >> and it's late, so nothing is probably open. >> he's been rummaging through the dash through some neighborhoods. he even went through somebody's freezer out in their garage.

>> he had steam coming out of his nose, food on his face. it was crazy. >> this bear is still on the loose. to tell us about his incident with the bear, we have joey ball via skype. >> 3:00 in the morning, we hear this banging noise. when i open the door, he was standing at the refrigerator. he had ripped all the draws out and all the food. he was sitting on his butt eating a bag of meatballs that we had from costco. i really only had the door open for about two seconds, but that was the picture frozen in my head. my wife, i told her there's a bear in the garage. she called 911. police showed up. they say he was 250 pounds, but the people that have seen him say he's more like 500 pounds. the very next night we were putting my son to bed, he's 18 months old. there was a banging on the door. she goes do you think the news crews are behind the house? he's trying to come in the same

door next night. >> he knew where the good food was. i said to fish and game when they came, i said i cleaned all the stuff out of my refrigerator. i got rid of all the meatballs. they say, no, you got it all wrong. he wasn't after the meatballs. they said you know the diaper in the trashcan from your baby? that's what he was after. we call them bear twinktwinkies. >> are people in the neighborhood worried about their safety at all? >> people are like, we'll just let him do his thing. people say that until they see him up close. then they're not coming out of their houses. doing all kinds of crazy stuff out here. >> this guy is not getting cookies with his punch. this starts off with a lot of honking. then somebody who appears to be a parking attendant walks up to

the car. then all of a sudden he starts punching the guy inside the car. the guy in the vehicle isn't going to sit there and get punched. he will come out of the window and try to punch this guy back. >> he looks like a jack n the box. >> i don't blame him. the guy standing has the upper hand here. when you're behind the wheel, you're defenseless. this guy was laying into him. >> how does the guy drive the car there? >> this parking attendant seems to finally cool down. you think he's about to walk away. nope. >> oh. >> there goes the jack in the box. >> jack n the box comes out. the parking attendant picks up his badge that he dropped. as the guy is trying to drive away he punches the driver one more time. the driver has had enough. now a full-on fight with punching, kicking ensues. >> it's so funny to watch guys that really fight as opposed to fighting in a movie. these guys like so dorky.
