abc 2news. >> thank you. baltimore county police have arrested five people for a fight that ended with three people stabbed this week. 20-year-old ronald williams, it's-year-old ryan johnson and 18-year-old christopher randick. two people all face two counts of attempted murder and two counts of assault. the fight happened on tuesday. one of the victims was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. shots were fired also on the street but police have not made any arrests in that case. firefighters in west baltimore dealt with more than flames early this morning. thehe fire inside a row home caused the roof to collapse and then spread to the homes next door. all three were empty. investigators are trying to find how this fire started. well this is what it looked like it morning. it was a foggy mess. you are looking at york road

colleges lowering tuition. abc 2news says how big the cuts are and why it may not put a dent in the growing debts of united states college students. colleges and universities across the country are trying a new tactic to boost inrollment. they are cutting tuition costs and the time it takes to graduate. some universities have cuts of 10 to 15%. that's a significant drop. there is a catch, tuition and cuts usually follow cuts in financial aid so students may struggle to find help to pay the costs. that means more loans from the federal government and private banks. a new study from the financial protection bill shows that the amount of outstanding student loan debt crossed the one trillon dollar mark several months ago. the group says this is a huge problem for the economy and there is no relief in eight. it's tougher to pay off,

71 the air temperature, 71 the humidity. 7171 if you are a player. baltimore today, fog, that was the story. it held tough through out the morning even in the midday. finally the sun broke through. owe never saw it yesterday but the fog was widespread and dense. annapolis you can see it. finally the sun comes out at the -- excuse me -- at the naval academy. the radar continues to sit clear. we will look for rain, especially into sunday now it's all about the heat, the humidity and really early summer like temperatures despite the fact with just three days into the spring season. some three months bank are you to go before we hit summer on -- june 21st and you can seat winds light from the east and at times last week the water was still chilly enough that

main rain chances will hold off until saturday and saturday evening and the -- actually part of the storm doesn't begin to arrive until into sunday. this is a large system but the speed is low. it's crawling in here to maryland. overnight 55, partly cloudy, fog developing, patchy fog tomorrow. hopefully not as widespread or long lasting, tomorrow night down to 56. seven day forecast, looking ahead, really this forecast has been consistent with temperatures peaking tomorrow around 80, then cooling off slightly with the chance for showers in to the day and especially into the day on sunday. as temperatures cooldown and -- some indications we could see a thunderstorm or two, especially on saturday. by sunday into monday it'll be just a cool and showers. so, quite a trend. >> we like that. >> not been bad.
