4:03 pm

4:04 pm
aisle of what looks like candy and he's actually stabbed. he gets stabbed by the guy, but he keeps the fight up. and eventually -- >> i was about to punch him back again and he ran out. he just turned around and ran out without taking anything. >> new preyank walked awaif with a few stitches but he's already back to work. >> if you don't fight back, other guys are going to come back again. >> the cops always say that's the worst thing you can do. never fight. just comply. >> sometimes i feel like when the cops say that over and over again, it just gives robbers more chutzpah to say well, people are going to comply because they're being told to. >> one thing is for sure, preyank is not afraid by any means. he's already back to work. you've got to think that's in the back of his head, too. you've got to think this could happen again. >> this case could have been solved easily with a simple patdown but it didn't happen. i want you to watch this video.
4:05 pm
surveillance video that captures stephanie mooreland in a fur shop in minnesota. she finds a fur coat that she likes. she picks it up, she checks it out. and then you notice she's sticking it up her clothes. the person who works there got suspicious, stopped her at the door. the police came. but because they didn't have any female cops they dependent pat her down. so she was in jail for three days over a holiday weekend. she goes into an interrogation room. police say at first she lied about the coat, saying she sold it. a th sheer omes clean and then that's when they discover she still has a fur coat stuck in her pants. >> did you see the cop pick up the coat by two tiny little fingers? oh, this coat.
4:06 pm
>> i like how she did it just like in the front part of the store where there's obviously cameras. >> the reason this video is now coming out is that she got two years in prison. police say part of the reason mooreland was able to hide the coat is because she's a large woman. >> the anchorage, alaska, where the snow is already on the ground. roads are starting to get a little treacherous. inbound traffic, 6:00 a.m. in the morning, taking things a little slow. roads aren't too bad. up ahead, boops. a guy slips off the road in a chevy s 10 pickup truck, hits a pole and look out. he was unable to escape that light pole that was brought down by the truck that hit it. the guy flipped over and was
4:07 pm
unable to get out. officer dykstra helped the guy get out of the car. >> you could see the light go out. >> just a few more feet or a little bit faster or if the road is slippery, that pole would have landed right on top of the car. >> and there's no way the cop would be able to stop on icy roads. he kind of made a safe landing with his car just driving over the pole with controlled speed. >> and no damage to the police car, believe it or not. >> take a look at this video from auckland, new zealand. there on the right hoond side of your screen, his name is john bellinger. he was out jet skiing in the water when saw this bird struggling and having a little bit of trouble. so he jumps off of his jet ski. he grabs the bird and is swimming the bird back to his jet ski. that's a ganet. and what john realized was that it was tangled up in fishing line. we actually have john bellinger

4:09 pm
you. >> it took about five or six minutes to cut the fishing line. when he jumped in the water, i was really, really happy. he jumped up and flapped his massive arms. i don't know how long he had been caught up in this fishing line. so he went off and went for a swim. i felt pretty happy. >> 3,000 feet to fall step by step without a net. >> he stepped off like it was a walk in the park. >> li the adventure, meet the man who did it. and the race is on -- the camel versus the girl. you can watch this camel run over and over again. so we're going to do that together.

>> i love this job. whenever you think a good video comes along, you find another one. what he is about to accomplish is nothing short of completely miraculous.h, boy. he's got his slack line set up in yosemite. and the skill, balance, concentration and pure guts. okay, balls it took to do this, i'm stunned. >> no safety harness. he's doing yoga poses. >> yoga doesn't prepare you for this, though. this is something else.
4:13 pm
>> he steps off like it's a walk in the park. >> let's find out how far up he was and what you need to do to prepare for this. how high is this? >> 400 feet straight to the ground and 3,000 feet to the floor. >> ho? how? how do you do this? like how? >> that's the question, huh? >> do you have monkey feet that hold on to the rope? >> yeah, i do have monkey feet. >> how do you control your mind, though? >> nothing compares to this. it's mind blowing sometimes. >> why don't you wear a safety belt?
4:14 pm
>> i have to say i really like this guy. he slack lines and he's got a good sense of humor. >> i think you have to have a good sense of humor if you're going to put your life on an inch-wide piece of webbing. >> going to be famous. >> this is my kind of love story because in this story, the woman is in charge. this is sherie butler. her boyfriend david schumark would ask her to marry him. she would say one day. one day i'll marry you. so she planned a little surprise. he thought he was coming to a
4:15 pm
family picnic and instead she surprised him with a wedding. he showed up in a fishing shirt because he had been on a fishing trip and she was standing there in a black and white wedding dress, waiting along with 40 family and friends. and he had no idea. >> i would have passed out. i'm getting dry mouth thinking ab about it. >> he wanted to marry her. she knew he wouldn't faint and then run away. >> we actually have sherie butler or i should say butler-schumark on the phone. >> i had fwoirdings to plan at while dave was away working. he would turn around and say one day, i'll just drag you down the aisle, so i got him first. >> this makes me -- this actually terrifies me, this idea. how did you feel about it when you actually realized this was your wedding day. >> absolutely shocked, very
4:16 pm
shocked. >> would you have rather been fish on this day or was this better? >> this was better. when i got back to work and people said what did you do on the weekend? i said i went fishing and got married. >> this blogger puts her biggest insecurity on display to help others. >> i want to look like this. >> here's why she looks like this on the internet. >> my duty to help other people as well. >> and guys will be, well, stupid. >> put your hand down, spread like this. >> see what happens when the knife drops. pets issobut i think this girl

4:18 pm
4:19 pm
tops it all. >> do you remember that "friends" where phoebe runs crazy? >> i was wondering if anyone is going to say that. this camel lives in arizona. >> there's a veterinarian in texas and she has a few camels. one had a baby. i drove out there, loaded her in the van and drove her back to arizona.
4:20 pm
>> she's about 2 1/2 years old and since nessie was a baby, they've been raising -- is that camel normal? >> nessie has a very unusual way of doing it. she's extremely extravagant with the way she runs. >> i don't think they're supposed to run like this. >> i think you're right. it's like a fun run. the camel is feeling good, shaking out the cobwebs and just feeling good. >> they're very intelligent and sensitive and it's kind of having like a 1,500 pound dog. if anyone is thinking of getting a camel, they should give it a lot of thought because they live a very long time. >> really, how long do they live? >> they can live 40 years. >> you know, you're often reminded where people feel guilty about not spending enough time with their pets or playing with their dogs enough or walking them enough. not this girl. >> this girl's videos blew up
4:21 pm
online when she put on a brave face to help other people who are battling acne. >> i'm going to show you guys what my face looks like without makeup. and i'm going to show you guys how i apply my foundation to look like this. >> the girl does some pretty amazing stuff with makeup to cover-up what she considers one of her biggest insecurities. we wanted to find out a little bit more about casandra and her blog. first of all, you are incredibly, incredibly brave to do the video you did. you say your skin is your biggest insecurity. why did you do it? >> i had been teased in school because of it. i thought if someone else is going through this, they need to kind of understand how they can deal with it, what they can do about it. at first it wasn't anything. i left youtube for about five months once i checked youtube again and i had almost a million views. there were just so many people asking for help, what could they do. it was my duty to help other people as well.
4:22 pm
>> so wearing makeup didn't necessarily make your acne worse? >> sometimes it did, but for instance, you can use products under your makeup, such as primers that have acne fighting ingredients and remove your makeup when you're done. >> so people out there watching who are dealing with similar problems with their acne, what's your message to them? >> basically that there is inner beauty. you can use these cosmetics to feel confident, but confidence is what beauty is. my boyfriend really taught you that. >> your boyfriend taught you confidence. were you uncomfortable letting him see you without your makeup on. >> for the first four months i would not let him see me without makeup. one day he did on accident. i started crying. he told me i was exactly as beautiful with him. he taught me what real beauty is. >> does he have a brother?
