civil rights leaders are rallying to end racial profiling

in the wake of trayvon martin's desmght today marks the -- death. today marks the one-month. members of the maryland black legislative caucus protested the kelling. tonight a mother is taking on the harford county school board. janice wright's 14-month-old son lives with the disease. she pulled him out of the john archer school in bel air after he was improperly strapped down to a restraining device. investigators later determined while the divis was used improperly the staff was poorly

developments on the supreme court's arguments on the healthcare debate. they won't let an ob secure tax law keep them from delivering an opinion. the justices focused on the issue of whether the challenge to the law should be thrown out as premature. their questioning indicated they're not likely to use that issuals the way out of an opinion this year. dick cheney is recovering tonight after having a heart transplant. he has a history of hearts problems. now it's spark a debate on how old is too old to get a new heart. according to doctors, the next 24 hours will be critical. at his age cheney is in the older age. >> it used to be that age 55 was the cutoff, anything above that wouldn't get transplanted. now they look at the person as a

the data shows in 2010 the average relationship between that customer and a carrier was 59 months or shy of five years. consumers were sticking with the same company for their initial contract and at least one more and likely two more but in 2011 that average dropped to 48 months. researchers say the competition is fierce among cell phone carriers. as customers schiebert deal somewhere else they're willing to jump. there are contributing factors. apple's iphone is available on all three of the carriers. that's at&t, verizon and sprint. they also feature the latest android devices and you can pick the device you want and find the company that has the best price. talk time is falling along with customer loyalty. data plans are the new hot draw. so compare data amounts and prices to get best plan that fits your needs. reporting from new york.
