of the area bridges and trouble spot on 895. we have got stop and go traffic in the southbound direction on the harbor tunnel throughway. this is due to an accident between the harbor tunnel and the steel bridge taking up the left lane southbound and delays are extending back past child street so you may want to take i-95 through the fort hk henry tunnel to avoid this altogether. traveling around the beltway starting to slow down on the top side as well as the west side a live look at 695 and liberty road. you will run into off and onpockets of sluggish conditions from 795 all the way around to baltimore national pike. megan over to you. the public outcry over prchg slime has been heard. >> there's more fallout over the additive in ground beef. linda so is standing by with the latest and some are blaming the media for what's happening. >> reporter: the media and this is why the company says they are suspending operations at three of the four plants because sales have taken such a

including teenagers. and the aaa looked at 8,000 video clips of unsupervised teenage drivers to find out the most distracting thing for them. mobile devices took the top spot. over distractions included adjusting controls, personal grooming and eating and drinking and passengers. and even if they only take their ice off the road for a second -- eyes off the road for a second, it's a second too long. >> they are traveling at 65 miles an hour for example, and they can travel a length of a basketball court in one second. so if you take your eyes off the road briefly and something happens in front of you, it can be catastrophic. >> here's something for parents of girls to pay attention to. we are told that teenage girls are nearly twice as likely as teenage boys to use a cell phone behind the wheel. a jury selection is scheduled to begin tomorrow in the retrial of twin brothers accused of setting a pit bull on fire. yesterday a judge ruled the surveillance video showing the twins setting fire to the dog can be used as evidence.
