police responded to a 911 call. when officers got there he allegedly met them pat the front porch with the knife where they shot him. the victim has been identified as 21-year-old seron jackson. now initially police reported he had been threatening his moargts prior to the arrival. they have since backed off of that statement. >> we will not disclose what this was. we want this make sure whatever is happening inside the house someone felt compelled to call police. police responded within a minute and this situation unfolded. >> this is the first police involved shooting since the select lounge shooting. the task force will investigate. let's go to howard county. police charged a man for assaulting a student. he has been charged with second degree assault and disorderly conduct. the assault was caught on tape.

he came wearing a ski mask and areached 16-year-old and swung a pun much that grazed the -- punch that grazed the teen. the victim has not been charged. baltimore county police are asking for your help. they want to know who this man is who's responsible for three bank robberies in the towson area. police say the man robbed the wells fargo bank and then hit an m&t bank in january. then help went back to the wells fargo earlier this month and robbed it again. each time the man was caught on surveillance cameras. you can see he wears athletic type clothing and de-- present has note saying he has a weapon. they say this man was scene in the area of six different robberies in four nights in the whitemarsh area. it started on march 23rd. four homes have been broken in

democratic voters. well, more is on the way to owings mills as a local owner said he will give it his heart. the wegman's market is in the middle. some say the project will be a little larger than other developments planned. abc2 news roosevelt leftwich explains. >> reporter: did you know there was originally a leg plan for owings mills. since then there has been no one area that you can really call the heart of owings mills. recent proposals may give it its center. the building will come down. if the zoning comes through larks lot of other stuff will start going up, big stuff. >> this is a water shed moment

you some of the sky shots from our weather bug camera. this is our view of the bay bridge marina. man, it was a goreious day to be out on the water. if you had a chance, you had to put an extra layer on. from clarm city run a gorgeous day to take a run. yes, it was cool and little breezy but so crystal clear. we like to have a little bit of crisp spring weather before things heat up. take a look at maryland's most powerful radar. that should continue to be the case even as we go into tomorrow afternoon. i expect a few hit or miss showers, better chances for rain holding off until much later. mid-50s will cool off to the 40s and upper 30s by daybreak. we'll stay out of the frost but it will be cold overnight winds are light.
