we want to update you on that breaking news we brought you first. out of oakland, we have learned that a sixth person has died after a shooting at christian university. others are hospitalized with injuries. police have a person in custody. it happened at oikos university. it offers courses in theology, nursing, music and medicine. maryland's legislative session lasted 90 days by law. although much work is done, many in annapolis say there's more work that needs to be done. don harrison has been involved in the last 2345 sessions and is red -- 25 sessionsed -- sessions and is ready. >> reporter: this year lawmakers

five members of a minnesota family were killed in a motor home crash. it happened when a box truck pulling a trailer hit a

maryland's most powerful radar is all clear as it will continue to be other than perhaps early wednesday morning. first, here's your freeze and frost concerns for central maryland and up in the pennsylvania and these brighter shaded counties. that's an actual freeze warning. bigger corn certains for a narrow section of colder temperatures prolonged freezing weather after 2 a.m., carroll county west. winds from the northwest bringing in that colder drier air that will allow things to get colder overnight and still gusty this evening. gusting into tonight. yes, there could be some 20s on the map west of baltimore by daybreak tomorrow. this is as clear last it looks. not a lot to replace that other than changing temperatures, changing air masses. there's much milder air around

kentucky, tennessee and south carolina. that will shift. this is a stationary front, the cold air north of the boundary. this should move north and allow humid conditions to overspread the area. you need dry air to get a deep freeze. once we get that slight increase in humidity tomorrow evening, this will be a done deal. take a look at the trend here. it is clear after a frosty start a rapid warmup. then from tuesday night into wednesday chances for showers go up. this is 10 a.m. so we could get a brief chance of showers, but it looks like this will be one of those you blink and you miss it. temperatures, well, running in the 60s and 70s. frost overnight. none of that warm stuff. 35 in the city but north and west we look for frost, even a deeper freeze toward carroll

candidates are. you have both mitt romney and rick santorum focusing in on wisconsin. it offers up the biggest prize. newt gingrich has been spending a lot of time in maryland. he's there today and been there the past week or so campaigning. rick santorum's campaign this morning vowed to stay in this race again until a clawnd reaches that 1,144 delegates needed to grab the republican nomination. clearly they know time is running out so they released thill ad. >> the healthcare killed thousands of jobs. would you vote for him. what if i tell you the man i'm talking about isn't him. it's him. >> reporter: those are tough words from rick santorum's campaign. maybe they think at this point they have to go out in attacks against mitt romney. >> getting nasty. >> looking ahead, what's next.

how does april shape up for the gop candidates? >> reporter: if mitt romney wins, if he stays on this winning streak for the next few weeks, the next congress test is april 24th. one of them will be pennsylvania. rick santorum's home state. he seems to be confident. this is what he said on fox news this morning. >> we feel very, very comfortable that the people there -- >> you're saying you guarantee a victory in three weeks. >> oh, no question about it. >> reporter: guaranteeing a victory is pretty bold at this point but this is something you have to consider. think back to february. you had rick santorum with a 3 to 1 margin over romney in pennsylvania. now the polls are showing a statistical tie. so that becomes the next big race. we can tell you this. you can take nikki haley off the
