a candlelight vigil will be held in towson. speed and wet roads are to blame for a crash that kill a teenager. deputies say that 16-year-old right ta, was driving northbound on pool road and lost control of her toyota corolla. it veered and wrapped around a tree yesterday morning. she was a student at westminster high school and a member of the grace fellowship chapel in westminster. is she the winner, a may recall woman says the -- a maryland woman says the multimillion jackpot is hers. >> where is the ticket? where she says she is hiding it. ñ[=

events will take place all over the country to raise awareness about sexual violence. chaos erupted for a second time in two days after the kentucky wide cats won the national championship last night. look at the crowd, one person was shot after 2:30 this morning, celebrations got out of control. no word on the person's condition right now. a number of people have been arrested some have been hurt. police say the injuries range from minor to serious. tj lane, the teenager accused of going on a shooting spree inside his high school will be in court. it will determine the probable cause for whether he should be charged as an adult. the latest mass shooting in a college in northern california, 7 people confirmed dead, three injured when police say a former student opened fire in a classroom. linda so is standing by with all new information. >> we've learned a vigil for the victims will be held

tonight at a church in oakland as of early this morning, the suspect has not yet been formally charged. police are trying to figure out a motive. police identified the suspect as coal, a korean american, he entered the university monday morning and opened fire in a nursing class. five people died inside the school. two others died at hospital and three more were injured. police say he is a former student at the school, he was arrested at a nearby grocery store an hour after the shooting. he called his father after the shooting and told him everything. he was arrested and taken in to custody. oakland's mayor called the shootings a terrible tragedy. >> it's a kind of pain and situation that we won't understand totally, immediately, but that will lead the community asking questions for all a long time.

>> after the shooting police say he took a victim's car and drove off. investigators are trying to figure out if the suspect targeted victims or shot at random. linda so, abc2 news. later this week, former penn state assistant football coach, jerry sandusky will be in court again, a pretrial hearing on thursday and that's happening in pennsylvania. he has been charged with multiple counts of child sex abuse and on home detention awaiting the trial. chief of the arundel county police department didn't hold back when facing the council. he was talking about the case of leopold. >> no one is going to be held accountable for the perfect storm that's created here.
