the winds are calm this morning and they will stay that way throughout the day. not as windy as yesterday. another thing that's good today, we are nice and dry, and all this will translate in to sunshine through the remainder of the morning and the afternoon. you've been quiet this morning, have we had accidents? it's been quiet. we have unaccident to report. police on the scene, one incident in owings mills on the scene at lakeside boulevard. a pretty easy commute for the most part. on the west side, starting to slow down a little as you can see at liberty road. that's the outer loop on the left side of the screen. that's slow making the drive around to baltimore national pike. on the harrisburg, it is moving freely and here is what you will find on the topside of 695 at the harrisburg. traffic rolling at top speed on the inner and outer loops.

if there are changes, we will tweet them for you, follow us on maryland traffic. latest on the mass shooting at college in northern california. >> 7 people confirm dead, three injured when a student opened fire in a classroom. linda so has new information this morning. >> a vigil for the victims will be held tonight at a church in oakland as of this morning, the suspect has not been formally charged. police are trying to figure out a motive. police identified the suspect as goh, a korean national. he entered the university monday morning, a small korean christian college in oakland and opened fire in a nursing class. five people died inside the school, two died at a hospital and three injured. we are hearing one of those injured has been released from the hospital. goh is a former nursing student at the school. he called his father after the shooting and told him everything. he was arrested at grocery store an hour after the shooting. the mayor called the shootings

said he shot martin in self defense. people shopping at a publix grocery store got a surprise when a small plane crashed in to the store. several people were hurt, including two treated for third degree burns. customers and employees had to be evacuated. one man describe what is he saw and heard when the whole thing was happening. >> boom, like, wow, man. i'm surprised everybody didn't hear it. >> the shopping center is a mile from a small airport. no word on what caused the crash. >> update for you now on the story of we've been following for a week. residents displaced by the wild fire in colorado have been allowed to return home. dramatic 911 recordings listened to what people were talking about as they were trapped by the flames. >> your house is on fire. it probably is. i'm in the pick up in the driveway. i'm in the same spot.
