instantly. he will enter court with two counts of manslaughter, reckless driving and a dui. seeing dunn in court tomorrow will be a caldron of pain, confusion and pointed emotion. >> i don't know what my reaction will be. it will be so hard seeing the guy who took my sister away. it will be mind blowing to see him. i've seen his picture and i'm sitting there looking at him thinking this is the person who killed my sister. it will be hard. >> difficult emotion, families of both victims will have to keep in check throughout the trial, one in which the state hopes to feature the testimony of dunn's girlfriend kendra miles. miles was charged as an accessory to the hit and run in june. she plead guilty, her sentence suspended, possibly in return for her them against dunn.

another thread in a tragic story line set to unfold tomorrow morning in the baltimore city courtroom. downtown baltimore, brian kuebler, abc2. >> we tried several times today to reach the attorney for rubin dunn. the trial is set to start at 11:00 tomorrow morning. two women were killed in a nearly head-on crash in davidsonville. they believe 26-year-old stephanie mancaro was driving when she drifted off the side of the road and overcorrected sending the car in the path of man on coming car. it crashed with mary elizabeth. both women were pronounced dead at the scene. the crash is under investigation but police do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors. the panicked 911 calls after the jet crash in virginia beach.

look at this surveillance video. it was recorded in washington state as the driver started to slump over the wheel. this quick thinking middle school student saw what happened. >> i didn't want it crash. i didn't want to know what it feels like. >> he manage to get the keys out of the ignition and along with another student steer the bus to a safe stop, a little hero. the camera was rolling as firefighters tried to put out a huge multifire in detroit. a 31-year-old woman, her three children and father were able to get out safely. arson investigators are trying to determine what caused this huge fire in detroit.

likely to see much more cloud cover and also temperatures will be dropping. maryland's most powerful radar remaining dry. a freeze watch from carroll county west. once you get into the more solidly shaded counties, gairp rete and washington, there it's a freeze warning for outdoor plants. again, ground is very dry, still breezy, still very low humidity, so, again, outdoor burning, don't do it. it's not worth the risk. winds from the north and west around 15 to 25 and gusting higher, all of this helping to enhance that fire risk but making it breezy when you take the dog for the walk et cetera. humidity wise 18%. it's not so much that this is so dry. we see this in the winter a lot. it's the fact we're in mid-april and conditions are so dry. that is unusual from a seasonal standpoint to be in the middle of one of our wettest months of

the year and finding limited to no rain. that's going to be the pattern over the next knew days. again, to the north there are some showers, some rain into pennsylvania. even there not a lot of rain. our disturbance along the front could bring, could bring a few showers tomorrow into the state. the problem is as we saw yesterday as we get rain on the radar several thousand feet up it hits that dry air at the surface, tends to evaporate. we need a heavy steadier rain to make a difference around here and end it once and for all at least for awhile. tomorrow cloudy but really nothing more than a hit or miss shower. thursday looks like we're going to bring the sun back and start warming up. much cooler tomorrow. you'll feel a difference but warming back up more like today on thursday. all right. overnight 38, mostly cloudy, breezy and colder. 55. we'll say clouds mixed with sun, breezy, maybe a stray shower or two if we're lucky. tomorrow night down to 36. it will get fairly chilly

his family members were by his side as he made this major announcement. >> made a decision over the weekend that while this presidential praise for us is over -- race for us is over, for me, we will suspend our campaign effective today. we are not done fighting. >> reporter: this was quite an emotional speech. rick santorum cited personal and professional reasons. you may remember his 3-year-old daughter bella who suffers from a rare genetic disorder was hospitalized over the weekend. rick santorum spent a lot of time at the hospital with her and said that was time to think of his campaign. >> it did cause us to think. the world that we have as parents and her life and with the rest of our family, this was a time for prayer and thought. >> reporter: rick santorum is well behind in the delegate count. his campaign said a few things needed to happen to stage a

comeback. texas, needed to move from proportional to winner takes all. santorum had to win pennsylvania. the latest polls show lad closer race between romney and santorum. now, the question, what does this mean for mitt romney. many say this moves him closer to be the inevitable nominee. santorum gave him a heads up that he would be suspending his campaign but a spokesperson for santorum said what is not evidentable is an endorsement. >> newt gingrich and ron paul are still in there. any indication they will bow out? >> reporter: no indication. they sent out emails saying they're goings to the convention. newt gingrich said he wants rick santorum's endorsement. >> i thought he would campaign through pennsylvania. obviously, we would like to get
