preliminary hearing on may 15th. tonight city police are investigating human remains. we don't know if the remains are that of a man or a woman. the fate of convicted killer and former la crosse player george huguely will be decided on june 30th. a jury recommended that huguely be sentenced to 26 years in jail. a hearing will decide whether he will be released. a baltimore woman will stand 60 years in jail for the murder have her husband. according to police martin asked her brother, robert garner to kill her husband. martin gave her brother money to buy a gunlt gearn, along with

underwent surgery at shock trauma. police say he was attempting to stop a car on route 665 last night when the car stopped in one of the lanes. when he got out and told the driver to move, an approaching car saw him, slowed down but another speeding car, a purple acura back ended it and struck him. >> the acura feared veto striking oorts vehicle and the guardrail. that's when the three occupants bailed. they were located in a nearby community. the driver was not located. >> the police have since identified a person of interest in the case who may have been the driver. it doesn't appear the car was stolen. two teenage boys have been charged with arson in connection with a three alarm fear.
