there. a family is mourning the loss of a mother and blaming city police for her death. the family said that a car hit the 22-year-old and injured her mother. they were fleeing from police they had the driver had not been chased. the accident would never have happened t happened around 11:30 on monday. officers tried to make a stop, they say the car sped away and caused the crash at north and poplar grove. >> it happened quickly. you can hear the officer indicate he was pulling over the car and seconds later he is asking for a medic, ambulance unit because it collided. >> the family said that's not the case. an investigation is continuing. a dozen people are waking up somewhere other than their homes this morning after a fire ripped through an apartment complex destroying everything. and we were there yesterday morning at the villages of
