in 1991 and neighbors say they suspected her husband robert jayet had something to do with hit -- jarrett had something to do with it. police did too but they didn't have ough evidence to search the property until wednesday when they searched the shed and found the body in concrete. >> it's a little part of me that wished she stayed alive and having fun but i would go back to immediately no, she would never left her boys. >> robert jarrett is charged with first and second degree murder. he is held at the howard county detention center without bond. and police are searching for suspects who were tied to an -- tied a essex family and robbed them. a week ago two masked men forced the dad and two girls into the home. they were tied with up duct tape and shoved in closet. a neighbor called police saying they saw men loading ?awf gold sedan. more -- loading stuff into a gold sedan.

today towson university are giving students a taste of the action and sherrie johnson is live to explain what's going on and gib us a tease a -- and you gave us a tease. >> reporter: that's right. we are here at towson university where we are preparing for operation stat. we have hundreds of volunteer students working on a mock drill exercise to educate people on what to do in case of a earthquake. this morning i have colonel wayne nelson with the maryland defense force joining me live. thanks for being here. >> thank you. >> reporter: first of all, tell me a little bit about what is going on here today. you have a lot happening. >> we have a lot happening. we are just beginning. the scenario is an earthquake hit the towson area at 10 p.m. yesterday. we have been about 18, 20 hours ago, and a number of agencies have been arrested -- alerted and a disaster has been declared. the maryland defense force has been asked to respond with the national guard and other units to support the field treatment site here. >> reporter: i see this young

lady on the cot. you are going all out. this looks realistic. >> that's one of the primary goals is provide a realistic experience to train the nursing students in triage and other students and give them an exposure to what a disaster experience might feel like. >> reporter: what's going on here in this gym? i see the cots. >> later on, you will see this will look different. there will be four treatment areas. the main education goal is to train nursing students in five- star triage and students will be walking wound and walking worried and students with stress and a psychological unit to help them with psychological first aid. many will have light injuries and will go to a green area through the yellow up to the red area where they are in trouble and they need be to be treated or transferred to an area hospital which is overwhelmed. >> reporter: and time does it kick off? for us right now, but the main triaging is 8:30 this morning. >> reporter: all right.
