husband said she went missing 21 years ago is found. now the husband is charged with her murder. friend of the victim say they cannot believe it went this long before bringing the case to a conclusion. >> reporter: cindy still lives next door to the home robert jarrett shared with his first wife christine. >> she would call and confide in me somewhat. you know, enough to where i knew there were problems. >> reporter: then in january of 1991, christine jarrett vanished. cindy fryer suspected robert had something to do with it. >> he waits two days and comes knocking at our door saying have you seen chris and we are like no what do you mean have is we seen chris. >> reporter: they had two young sons and the nabs say the shed in their backyard was there before -- neighbors say the shed in the backyard was there before the disappearance but after the disappearance he laid down a concrete slab inside. >> we said she is under the shed. >> reporter: police suspected robert jarrett as well but

without evidence they couldn't search the home. >> there's been a number of times throughout the two decades where we followed up on leads, but you will metly we are not -- ultimately we were not able to get enough proper cause or evidence to prove the case. >> reporter: until new information gave police what they needed last night they went into the shed and found christine jarrett's body under the concrete slab. >> we saw them bring her out last night and that was really hard. that's really hard. >> reporter: robert jarrett remarried. the home he he shared with his second wife and their daughter has a sign on the door that reads no trespassing no media. a bitter sweet day for cindy fryer. >> a little part of me wished she stayed alived. >> reporter: 21 years of suspicion now confirmed robert and christine jarrett's sons are now almost 30 years old. >> her sons will know that she didn't abandon them, that she loved them and you know she wouldn't have left them and i hope that they come out with peace knowing that. >> reporter: robert jarrett is charged with first and second

example of an intradisciplinary activity that allows our students to work with people across disciplines and outside the classroom experience with mass casualty events. so, what we have here are emergency students and other students who have received some predrill trailing and what the roles and responsibilities are going to be and so for many of these, it's the first time they have done anything like this before. >> reporter: so it's not about just educating people about an earthquake. but also a chance for your nursing students to get some hands on learning. >> exactly correct. >> reporter: and what do we see? we see a student moving around from patient to patient. >> what erin is doing is the start triage process for the state of maryland looking to evaluate patient ace cording to injury -- patients according to injury and she will class fight them priority one or yellow patient who can have delayed care or patients walking who might go to a different zone. >> reporter: all right.

go to abc2news.com and check under the help section. just about 15 minutes, students from living classroom foundation will be down at inner harbor in a effort to make it healthier. they will plant and install handmade wetland to live in the inner harbor. this is the largest permitted installation in an effort to make it fishable and swimmable. the wetlands will be set up near the world trade center and also near the amphitheater. the washington capitals will be back in baltimore come september. that team announced they will play an exhibition game at first mariner arena against the bluejackets. it will be the second year it has been billed as the hockey classic. tickets for september's game go on sale monday. the game is wednesday september 26th. sheila diction op was in the hot seat but everyone was having a good laugh about it not at it. take a look.
