with one another, but the prisons are not happy about it, they're using an as tech language. >> letters being sent in and out, phone calls, here is a look at what they look like. the people that work in the prisons are doing their best to learn this language themselves. >> by us being diligent and trying to learn this language, that's how we combat that type of activity. there is 30 inmates being investigated because of this right now. they think they're trying to sort of assemble a gang within prison walls by using this ancient as tech language. >> honestly, they're just trying to get over on us, trying to get over the system. >> they're also saying with these letters, inmates are able to call shots outside of the prison walls about drugs or guns. >> why not spend time doing something effective rather than

end up back in prison. use that brain power to do something great instead of ending up in prison and using this to create ganks. >> if the gangs increase, then the violence will rise. that also means violence on the streets could rise as well. >> for this woman, letting the cleaning crew into her home became a complete nightmare. >> it's been a difficult experience for me and my daughter. >> when the cleaning crew arrived, they opened the door, and when they did so the family's pet ruthy ran out and escaped, ran into traffic, and was hit by a car. >> oh no. >> you would expect the cleaning crew to take some action. you would expect someone to call robin, a vet, take a pet to the vet.

instead they took her and put her under the dining room table, and didn't say a word. >> so try to pretend it went their fault? >> if you know you have a cleaning crew coming to your house, and you have a dog that tends to run when the door is open, keep the dog in a crate or notify them. >> robin says that she offered the cleaning crew to take the dog with her, and they said she'll be fine, you can leave her. they knew there was a pet in the home. poor little ruthy did not survive the accident. you don't think it's their fault, but courts in colorado was, and awarded robin $65,000. >> it's their fault.
