>> he's got the guy. he's already dragged him over to the corny. he's got a gun. he tells the kid, don't hit him. >> if this guy got away with the money, these employees probably could have had the money taken away from their own paychecks and they could have been fired for this. >> the man they are holding is identified as 48-year-old diaz. he was arrested on charges of robbery, theft, and burglary. >> good. i'm glad they wanted him. >> that kid wanted dunkin' donuts shot. >> for this couple trying to sell their ipad on craigslist turned into a nightmare. >> you've got to be extra careful with craigslist. >> they seemed to do everything right. he met the guys in a public place. it was daylight. he brought his wife anna along. the reason we're seeing the video is because anna said she had a hunch something was going

claims that the person doing the hitting is a trainer by the name of cindy plash, a professional horse trainer. "right this minute" has the woman who shot the video via skype. tell me what you saw and caused you to get your camera out. >> i thought oh, my goodness, i have to keep walking. this is terrible. i thought, wait a minute, i have a camera. >> why not step in and try to get this stopped. >> i'm alone. i thought she's more than happy to hit a 1,000 pound animal violently. i don't think i'd want to be on the se end of her anger as well. i also thought videoping it in s s at that moment might do more good in the long run. >> what were the people around this woman doing? >> a lot of them were young riders and they looked kind of terrified like they weren't really sure this was okay but they were afraid to say anything. >> is it possible, in your

opinion, that this wasn't necessarily hurting the horse? >> even if it wasn't causing physical abuse, horses are capable of emotional abuse. we have the educational resources for somebody to train their horse with methods that don't require a whistle ball bat. my ultimate hope is animal services looks at the situation. >> reached out to the association and saying she was removed from the organization and her contact information was removed from the website. we also reached out to the trainer in this video and we did not hear back from her. >> wait until you guys hear this. two new jersey state troopers have been suspended without pay and a station commander has been reassigned after the state police and attorney general's office investigated claims that these two troopers led a high-speed caravan of luxury sports cars down three major

highways in new jersey. going speeds of 100 miles per hour plus with their license plates taped. >> apparently it was all put together by nfl running back brandon jacobs used to play for the giants, now the 49ers. he's allegedly friends with one of these troopers who has been suspended. apparently all this came to light because a guy named michael green post add picture on facebook of him and brandon jacobs and said, hey, we had a lot of fun on this run last month. he's part of an elite driving group. in the picture also jacobs is wearing a new jersey police vest. another picture came to light of a similar incident in 2010. it was obtained by the new jersey star ledger. if you look, these guys are on the garden state parkway and you see new jersey state troopers escorting these luxury cars. >> reported speeds during this

incident up to 120 miles per hour. nohere's a second investigation that's been opened up regarding this incident. >> the crazy thing, too, in this video, two instances these guys move the camera and you see other state troopers not involved in the caravan pulling over other drivers. >> what? >> presumably for speeding. imagine that. >> i get the allure of all these amazing fast and furious cars going down the freeway. but as an officer, you have a responsibility to keep the citizens safe. i think this is a culture of entitlement where a football player can expect police to take care of them. come on. >> laws are laws for everybody. >> you can't buy this in america, this pizza burger. >> kind of looks good on its own but not with the pizza. >> who is selling it and buying it next.
