hard. hopefully he's okay and didn't hit anyone else. >> his lucky day. >> stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. >> oh, my god. racial tensions in parts of sidney are very high right now because of this video. police are smashing the windows, spraying mace inside the car. eventually they get the door open and drag all the kids out of the car. aboriginal teenagers. there's a 14-year-old driver and 18-year-old passenger and four other kids in the back seat. police believe this car was stolen. police recognize the stolen car. police say the car drove about 300 feet on a footpath, hit a 29-year-old woman and another pedestan. before this video started, police shot at this car. they struck the 14-year-old boy twice and 18-year-old passenger

an arrest in a north carolina teenager's murder and we learn more about the suspect. brian kuebler joins us live from police headquarters with the latest. >> reporter: a grand jury said the sister's boyfriend killed phylicia barnes, a man this family has known for up to a deck cai.d yesterday afternoon a baltimore city grand jury handed up the indictment for first-degree murder saying it was 28-year-old michael maurice johnson who killed phylicia barns in 2010. >> mr. job son was arrested and taken into custody last evening and is currently incarcerated at the baltimore city detention center. >> reporter: and that right there is just about all the attorney would say on the matter. many questions went
