and under. >> abc2 news has been following the phylicia barnes case from day one. last night we broke the story first on abc2news.com. police told us they made an arrest in the high profile case of barnes. this noon you washed with us as we brought you live coverage of a news conference as the grand jury said they indicted michael johnson. johnson is described as a family friend, ex-boyfriend of phylicia's sister. december 28, 2010, that was last time the 16-year-old had been seen alive. she had been visiting with family in baltimore when she disaspeared -- disaappeared. police ruled her death a homicide. on may 8th a service at the
