the court of you a peels ruled that all pitbull breeds should be considered dangerous. shelter operators feel the ruling moons more dogs will be abandoned or dropped off at already crowded shelters. an elkton man is recovering after thieves beat him and stole his dog on willow drive. the victim and coworker had been drinking beers in a truck when one left to go inside. that's when three men attacked him. he suffered a broken bone and gash to his head. the dog returned home the next day. that crash that killed seven people in new york city has been ruled an accident. all seven people riding in an suv died from blunt force trauma. according to investigators the speeding u.s. clipped the
