construction on the jfx on north avenue and it has been going on for several weeks. and tomorrow you can expect things to get worse. 10:00 to 4:00 in the morning, the traffic will be pretty stop in the northbound lanes of the jfx. that will happen ever night through sunday. they have to do major excavation work to repair underground drainage pipes that collapsed. the work is needed to keep portions of the highway from falling apart. >> this is something that people should expect every night that one direction or the other will be closed. >> all the construction it expected to be completed in the next six weeks. the defense will start to present its case today in the trial of two brother as accused of beating an african-american teenager while patrolling a jewish neighborhood.

they were on neighborhood watch. yesterday the judge denied a motion to drop charges against the brothers. it came after the state rested in the case tuesday in the 2010 beating of the 16-year-old. and the brothers said that they were acting in self-defense when it happened. the police are looking for the driver that hit a teen on his bike and drove off. jason watson was hit on the west shoulder of the southbound north point boulevard just after midnight. he was hit by a ford explore are. the suv kept going south on north point boulevard. watson was treated for a number of injuries. anyone with information is cad to call the police. he received a vote of no confidence in the anne arundel county council. and now james teare received a portion of his pension payout. the call for his resignation stems from allegations that county executive used police officers for personal reasons. some of the officers said they

complained but james teare did nothing about it. james teare declined to answer any questions about the investigation. about 100 secret service agents will take ethics classes today and tomorrow. this is in response to the widening prostitution scandal that began in colombia. the secret service had previously scheduled training for 20 agents but expanded the program to 100 employees in the wake of the candle. congressman comings is expected to make opening remarks today. taking a look at news around the nation this morning. an fbi sting has lead to the arrest of five men that are accused of trying to blow up a bridge near cleveland ohio. the men, even went as far as to plant the explosives at the base of the bridge. but arm were being dooped. federal officials had been tracking them for months by

information in the hazing death of a florida a&m university drum major. we learned that criminal charges are expected to be filed today in orlando against several people. they'll face charges in the death robert champion. in november, the 26-year-old collapsed in orlando on a bus carrying members of the band. prosecutors said that this case has multiple defendants that required different approaches for wing convictions. one professor talks about hazing. >> the idea of belonging to a group, professionally or socially or ethnically, people of the same values of you do, that you feel like you have a home away from home. >> reporter: florida law states that hazeing is a first -- hazing is a first degree misdemeanor. charges are expected today against several people. police are on the lookout for a man peeping at women in

college bathrooms. the latest incident happened on the essex college in baltimore county. a man stuck his head under the stall. this is the second such incident at the essex campus. the suspect description is roughly the same. a man who was arrested while dressed up as frosty the snowman last year has been charged again. this is video from last year. he was arrested sunday and charged with disorderly conduct. he yelled offendsies, allegedly on the sidewalks at police officers. he was told to calm down. last year he dressed up as frosty and allegedly got in a fight with police and kicked a
