-- i'm sorry, 695 at liberty road. speed cameras out. mind your speeds. we have 95 and maryland 43. traffic beginning to build up a little bit there in the outgoing lanes. and we're still monitoring the crash in cecil county. route 1 closed in both lanes near the dam due to a multi-car accident. a student at the florida am was found dead on a bus apparently from hazing. authorities have been investigating ever since. john i don't know has new information -- sherrie johnson has new information. >> reporter: we learned that criminal charges are expected to be filed today in orlando against several people. they'll face charges in the hazing death of robert champion. he was a drum major at florida a&m university. in november, the 26-year-old collapsed in orlando on a bus

carrying members of the band. they suspect the band member was beaten to death in a hazing incident. the prosecutors said this case has multiple defendants that require different approaches for winning convictions. hazing sometimes happens among fraternitities and can be done in several ways. it is a first degree misdemeanor if it causes death or injury. sherrie johnson, "abc 2 news." authorities are on the lookout for a bathroom peeper. the guy has hit four different college campuses this year. the latest incident happened on the essex campus of the community college of baltimore county. a woman was in the lady's room and a man stuck his head under the stall. there are been other reports at towson, morganton and leola.
