doctor preyed upon a woman almost 50 years younger than him. >> they're saying he sexually assaulted someone. i said i believe that. >> reporter: an unsuspecting patient came to this doctor's office complaining of pain but she left filing a police report claiming the doctor's examination resembled sexual molestation. dawn jennings said she can believe it. she experienced the same thing with another doctor a few years ago. >> when i within the into the doctor for my stomach problems, he asked me to take all my clothes off. i said why can't i just pull this shirt up to here. why do i have to take all my clothes off and i got up and left. >> reporter: newark, delaware police arrested a neurosurgeon, 84-year-old pee hair lee row -- leroy. he met the victim at his office

when no one was present and asked her to remove her sweatshirt even though she was experiencing pain from the waist down. the victim said he pulled her breast pulled out her nipple pierces and then had her do leg exercises with her fate near her feet with commentings like at a germt dawn jennings said if the allegations are true, the judge should pull the book at her -- him. >> he should go to jail. >> reporter: police are asking patients to come forward if they, too, may have suffered such indig nation. >> since the arrest of dr. leroy, we have been contacted with individuals and we are looking into the possibility that there may be additional victims. >> reporter: dr. leroy is free

after posting a bond. he had been arrested for similar behavior before but delaware allowed him to keep his license as long as he is supervised for the rest of his career. they are now seeking suspension. >> joce sterman has details about his role in some bad medicine. >> reporter: dr. leroy's license is no longer active in maryland. it, spired in 2004 but he does have a discipline record that dates back more than a decade ago. if you look at the maryland board of physician's page, he has three files in his record and they're all related to delaware cases. the first order is when his license was first suspended and then revoked after he pleaded no

the bodies were discovered. the family was kidnapped by a kill are and worry the two surviving girls are in grave danger. we have the latest details tonight. >> reporter: two different types of searches are underway as police try to save two little girls. they're looking for 35-year-old 35-year-old adam mayes who they feel are holding alexandria and kyliyah. over the weekend they uncovered the body of jo ann bain and her daughter adrienne. >> time is critical. you have two people dead and two possibly in peril, so every minute counts. >> reporter: jo ann and her

children went missing. adam mayes is the former brother-in-law. >> it's unbelievable. mean, i can't wrap my head around it. >> reporter: authorities worry time is running out for the two surviving girls. they say finding them may become more difficult since mayes may have altered their appearance. >> the girls may have far shorter air. >> reporter: police say mayes shares his home with his parents and wife and investigators confirm that his wife and mother have been arrested. for now the fbi will continue toive the area around mayes' home for clues. they believe he and the girls could be as close to their home or as far away has south carolina.
