my motorcycle. >> i knew that this would particularly have an impact on you. let's watch this again. >> he had no chance. >> according to police, they say the light was red for at least nine seconds before this driver plowed through it. the driver of this car that ran the red light is a 20-year-old female. the guy on the motorcycle is greg edwards. police say he did survive because he was wearing the right protective gear, a padded leather jacket and a helmet with a face guard. but watch his body fly through the air. >> when i was flipping, i came do down. >> he had pretty extensive injuries. >> was she texting or anything? because her brake lights don't come on until she's a foot away from the motorcycle. >> she was issued a citation for running this red light. police are still investigating, and they say she could face other possible charges. >> we have other actions we've captured on film but none as dramatic as this. >> aurora police released this video to serve as a warning to

other drivers about the dangers of running a red light. >> the underlying issue is the unsafe driving. >> they say just in this area, they issued 2,000 to 3,000 tickets per month for people who are violating traffic laws like red lights. we've seen some amazing firefighter rescues, and here's anotanhe onre. this in venice beach, california. this was shot by tony vera. and you could see this firefighter, erik johnson, he's going up to this palm tree to rescue a seagull. it's caught up with fishing wire. way to go. the firefighters got out there and they spent this time and this effort. >> once they get him down, they're waiting for the humane society to show up. so while they're waiting, they're trying to get all their tools out to perform kpr

i don't want to see him naked bending over cleaning anything in my house. >> let's hook yourself up with an investor and now has the ability to sell her services online. she wants to expand into bigger cities. right now she's just in lubbock. she wants to expand to houston next. i also told you back in april that they didn't exactly have a permit to run a business like this because it is considered an adult type of business. they still don't have that permit. and police still aren't investigating because they haven't received any complaints yet. >> it's unreal to me. they know that these people don't have a permit to operate a business. yet they won't investigate because they haven't gotten a complaint? is it because like the cops are ugg auto the services? >> they did offer a discount to law enforcement which has been reported that discount has been used at least once. >> oh! see, that just gets my goat. >> your goat got got. >> my goat is gotten. >> this is fun. don't get all upset. >> it's still creepy. it's even creepier now that there are potentially naked men

cleaning up your apartment. this video is at a metro station in washington, d.c. look at the left side of this station at the far end. you see a person just kind of appear and really quickly run off out of the way. well, that man has just stolen a passenger's cell phone. but keep watching. when people realize that he had done this, they all, in a group, started running after him. >> a big angry mob chasing after this guy? >> yes. he tries to make a run for it in this part of the video, and they took him down. >> oh, my gosh! >> i have never seen that many people run to somebody's assistance like that. >> apparently cell phone thefts have been very common around this part of town lately. and these passengers this day were, like, oh, no, you didn't. and a few minutes later, the guy was arrested. >> i'm so proud of these people. they're, like, i'm not having it. if it were me, i'd juan help.

and then it decides to go into a classroom. >> inside the classroom was a teacher. >> the next thing you know, you see this little black bear come skidding into the room. so i get up and go, get out! we walked out, closed the door. >> the poor little guy had to be terrified. he was trying to find a way out. >> he just wanted to study math because the teacher said once he got into the classroom he tore up the math book. he wanted to do a little calcul calculus. >> he stayed until police came, opened the window and let him climb out. >> here's the funny story. guess what their mascot is. >> da bears. >> it's in new jersey. they say residents walk around with bear horns because they're used to seeing bears walk around. >> you see bears every day in your backyard. >> but they're not used to seeing bears crash through the windows at the elementary school. >> maybe he thought there was an open casting call for the official mascot. he was so much better than a guy in a big goofy bear suit.

this is niko rosberg with the mercedes formula 1 team. and this new car design forces a driver to drive the car in a really weird seating position. >> laying down? >> this is the driver position for niko rosberg's mercedes. >> what? >> the nose of the cockpit of the car is up for aerodynamics. so his feet are up by his sho d shoulders. and he describes he has a very limited sight line. >> it's always difficult sometimes to see where you're going because you're sitting so low in the car. very often i have to lean up with my head to see the corner or something, depending on where i am on the track. >> why would they design the car this way? >> you need to be as low as possible to get the center of gravity in the car down. >> he even goes so far as saying the seat isn't padded. it's carbon fiber molded to his body. >> it's so hard, so very often you have to put a piece of foam. you don't want to put too much foam because foam is very heavy and you want to keep the seat as

light as possible. >> the mercedes symbol on his steering wheel gets lost with all of those thingamabobs. >> he has something similar which is a kinetic energy recovery system like an electric motor boost that gives them about 80 horsepower boost on the straightaway. pretty cool. >> wow! you don't want to steal things because you never know where the surveillance cameras will be. take colorado springs, for example. there were two cameras running when these guys in this jeep pull up and notice they pass this house, then they stop. then they back up. and they decide to take something. and what they take, i have to say i've never seen anybody accused of stealing this. he's taking the metal edging on the lawn. >> oh, boy. >> it doesn't end there.

he was seen. >> by a dog and a guy. >> i think he is saying the license plate number because he actually called the police. this video was picked up by the neighbor, but the person who it was stolen from actually saw what was going on on his surveillance video. >> maybe he was repeating the license plate number to himself because we all know that's how we remember things. >> absolutely. and it would be on the surveillance tape. you'd be able to hear it. so if you forgot a number, you could go back, replay it and hear it. good for that neighbor. he went out and went after him along with his little dog. those guys used that metal edging on a landscaping job that they were doing elsewhere. and the police caught up with them. >> so they weren't selling it on the, like, metal black market. they were taking someone else's landscaping and using it as their own. >> that's even worse. okay. wait for it. just wait. there it is. rightthisminute.com.
