baltimore's harbor place is getting spruced up. there's a lot of work going on on the inside and outside. there are some cool things. roosevelt leftwich joins us now with more. >> reporter: it's been decades since the ribbon was cut to open up harbor place and it's continuing to change. today the mayor cut the ribbon for it. it was taken over by phillip's seafood. there are other new things including a new ripley's believe it or not auditorium and a face-lift including a sidewalk and new brick work out front. it doesn't hurt to keep things fresh. >> you know, it's important for to us continue to evolve.
