caught on tape. a high school -- job in serious jeopardy after these picture surfaced on facebook. the science teacher calls it the cone of shame and says she uses it as punishment when students are late for class. the school system has since fired her, but she has hired an attorney and is appealing the decision claiming the whole thing was meant as a joke. you're going to love this story.

when a texas man got arrested, the hand cuffs were the only thing he was wearing. police in the small town were called out to deal with a man riding a unicycle naked. she was he was charged with indecent exposure and the cop who arrested it said the guy wasn't drunk or on drugs and told him he just liked how it felt to ride naked. cats are getting their do in a special coffee shop. no dogs allowed. your kitty is welcome at the country's first cat cafe. they can roam throughout the shop while customers enjoy coffee and they have some space above the tables out of the way from all those guests. is it word that that creeps me out? >> and a crime that costs people thousands of dollars every day. which states are dealing with the most cyber crime and the scams criminals are using most afternoon to get your money. and you have less than 48 hours to find a gift for your mom for mother's day. but don't freak out. we have aps to help coming up.

taking a look at some stories that affect your money. cyber crime is called one of the bigger threats. the potential to losing money is huge. for people losing thousands of dollars every day did new reports showing the later trends in criminal activity online. with more than 300,000 complaints filed, cyber crime is on the rise. that is according to a new report. in 2011, cyber crime victims lost nearly $500 million. every day people dependent on technology for nearly every aspect of their life duped for their hard-earned cash. the report is the result of a partnership between the fbi, the department of justice and the national white collar crime center.

i'm renee marsh. more than 200,000 americans who have been out of work longterm will stop getting their unemployment checks this week because eight states are rolling off of the federal extended benefits program. the government says nearly half of them live in california. the others live in mostly florida, illinois, north carolina, pennsylvania, and texas. the extended benefits program is for unemployed people with unto 20 weeks of checks after they have already run through their federal and state benefits which last about 79 weeks combined. now, my hand's most powerful doppler radar and the forecast certified most accurate by weather rate. blazing sunshine out thered today. good-looking weather across the area. take a look. baltimore. gorgeous shot. a little breezy. winds west/northwest 15. dew point is very low. very dry here in place and air temperature again low 70s in most spots today. take a look at our few of our
