downtown baltimore. speeds clocking in at 61 miles per hour at falls road and as we check in at the west side of the beltway it's going to be pretty jammed but no significant delays on that outer loop, just steady from liberty road all the way to security boulevard. that is a look at your time saver traffic. back over to you. two boys have received their sentences for the death of a 13-year-old baltimore girl. turnage was shot in march and put in a trash bag and left for dead. the 12-year-old is going to be home monitored. the 13-year-old will spend six months in a jouf nile c. >> i feel like they just walked away, they free. they took a life and they free and that's not right. >> the adults involved in this case will soon have their time in court. that includes the mother of one of those two boys, also a police officer. there's reaction this morning to governor o'malley's package of tax increases that cleared to the general assembly. richard is a single father who earns just over $100,000 a year

which means maryland's new income tax increase will affect him and after 61 years in maryland he now says he has found himself spending time looking at homes across the border in delaware. at first choice the automotive there says he has a different problem. he can't relocate his large repair shop and towing bus. that's the first thing i had to figure out is how am i going to make an extra $180,000 starting tomorrow morning. how do we do that without laying people off? >> the governor and his supporters say the tax increases will restore more than $500 million in budget cuts that would have among other things for school systems and funding for law enforcement. a big day on the new average bishop. he was installed yesterday at the 16th of baltimore. this morning he's going to say a

prayer at pimlico, then serve lunch at our daily . and the reverend jesse jackson will be traveling to maryland this morning. he's going to speak to parents at the high school. they're holding a breakfast on higher education. reverend jackson is also expected to discuss the importance of voter registration. this morning police are searching for the men who car jacked a pastor and a gospel singer. he says he was jumped by at least four men. they took his infinity. he suffered several cuts and bruises to his hands, face and arms. his wallet was stolen and most recently he gave the eulogy at whitney houston's funeral. this was the case in east point michigan. a couple of thieves tried to rob a man and the two men came up to him across the street from a 7-11 where he had just bought a

cup of coffee. at first he thought they needed directions. >> she started pulling a gun out. when i saw the gun i just reacted fast on instincts. the coffee that i had i threw it at him like in his face in the upper part of his body to kind of plained him. >> i wonder if the guy got a replacement cup of coffee. i wish i had a cup of coffee. >> the coffee made them mad and they started shooting at him. he got away as did the suspects. a baby was born right next to the gas pumps. john and his wife were trying to make it to the hospital but the baby would not wait. so he pulled his pickup truck into the gas station and called for help. with the aid of 911 he helped deliver his own son so the newborn now named kolton and his mom are both doing well this morning and they have an incredible story to tell.

time using them. 39 minutes per day. now, facebook, ewe tub android market, g mail they remain the top five most used apps. i want to know ma your favorite app is too so think about that. if you have unlimited data, enjoy it while it lasts because it's going to make customers switch to their data plan when they switch to verizon phone. so the idea is that users can buy a chunk of data and it can be used with multiple devices on the same account. this even impacts people who are grandfathered in with an unlimited plan. you count the apps on your phone. memorial day is just around the corner and a popular time for cookouts. consumer reports has tested nearly 100 gas grills. they range in fries from 25 to several hundred. consumer reports found plenty that recommend that cost less. among them a $200 char grill

the rest room. and the governor is joining the hunger relief o'malley says that the governor joined the campaign because he has set a goal of ending childhood hunger here in our state in maryland by 2015. officials of the 8 leading industrialized nations is happening tomorrow as well as saturday. bad medicine investigation into a local clinic accused of pushing pills. two people have been arrested after dea agents raided that place earlier. what do you have? >> we've learned two operators of the clinic have been arrested and a third is still wanted. dea agents and local police raided it tuesday night breaking up a suspected pill mill. the affidavits for the search warrants revealed a clinic was seeing about 80 patients a day each paying 350 bucks in cash. documents show the patients got

mris at a prearranged facility, came to their appointment and got prescrippings for drugs like xanax and ox si codone. the clinic made more than $1 million in four months. >> we knew there was an issue at this location and we have to do it right. we don't want to make arrests or execute warrants if there's not going to be any impact. >> one of the operators was arrested during the bust. another was arrested at bwi. a third warrant is still out there but police won't say who
