>> perfectly like a circus trick. an injure d beaver was stuc in a canal. meet the rescuer who has a great update. >> just call him a cuddle bug. he's a friendly beaver. >> surveillance individual yoed shows a man running around his truck for good reason. his wife'ses in labor in there. >> you can hear him screaming in the background. she's like, hang up the phone, i'm having a baby! >> stephen is going to get our show started with our very first video and the story behind it. scary scene caught on video yesterday in louisville, kentucky. police are called to a scene near downtown on 32nd street to find three shooting victims, two of which are dead on the scene. a third is taken to a hospital. they later learn that a fourth man who had been shot left the scene and made his way to the hospital on his own. but as police are investigating and reporters are arriving to

the shooting, watch what happens next. you hear more shots ringing out. now, police say a pregnant woman shot and killed another woman. the police then shot the pregnant woman. she wasn't killed. she was taken to the hospital, treated for her injuries. witnesses say that the pregnant woman had been involved with one of the men who was shot and killed earlier in the day. and just listen to the chaos. >> hysteria. >> the mayor came forth in a press conference. >> all the individuals involved today in cowardly acts are either deceased or now in police custody. >> all in all, six people shot, three dead. the mayor also went on to say this was not a random act of violence, that the shooters did have something regarding domestic violence. they're still investigating. >> investigators are looking

into what actually caused the initial shooting. >> can you imagine being there trying to help had someone who's been shot and then all of a sudden you hear this again? you could potentially die yourself. it was wax museum day at meridian ranch school in colora. we found this story on krdo. students were assigned a historical character they had to dress up like. sean king is a second grader, assigned martin luther king jr. sean king chose to show up as martin luther king, including h his pace painted black. before he could even make it to the classroom he was asked by the principal to wash his face. but sean didn't understand why it was offending anybody. they were sent to the principal's office and they eventually ended up leave hadding the school.

"right this minute" was one of the first to report on the story. according to court documents, csd, llc is suing newton saying they purchased had his estate in 2010 with the intention of turning it into a tourist attraction and museum in las vegas. now, according to the documents filed in a clark county court, they're saying that newton has refused to move from his mansion. according to the suit, csd, llc did offer to pay around $2 million to build another compound for the newton family to live in. now, there's actually more to this story. within this lawsuit the plaintiff is also claiming the woman hired to be an eck win manager on the property was sexually harassed by newton. the plaintiffs allege newton dogs bit some of the workers. they're also claiming that newton was supposed to get rid of spl some of his 55 horses,

we love animal rescues here at "right this minute". >> absolutely. >> this is in hole yoke, massachusetts. there's an animal stuck in this little area. tell me what you think this is. >> the tail gives it away. it looks like a beaver to me. >> it is a beaver. it was stuck in a canal area along the connecticut river. it couldn't get up the wall. and this beaver weighed 40 pounds. there's a furniture store right near this area, and one of the workers at the furniture store saw this beaver hanging out down there. they thought when they got down there they were going to find that the beaver was dead, but watch this. you see the guy come down with his little stick, what they use to catch dogs, and he kind of pokes him a little bit and realizes the beaver is alive but bury. >> he barely also fits in the cage. >> they get him in the cage and

out of this area and he's taken to an animal hospital where he's expected to be okay. the urban wild life rehabilitation folks are hoping to put him back in the wild when he's nursed back to help. to learn more about the story, we have jim mcdonald, the guy who first discovered this beaver. now, how did you spot this beaver from so far away. >> every once in a while we'll look at the back of the building because there's a lot of wild life there. it was john and myself which we thought was a dead beaver. we all wentz and looked and we noticed it was looking. so we were, like, what do we do? we found the agency we listed earlier. they said they'll be there if a half hour. >> how did the beaver get stuck? >> the canal system is three-level system. we think he got pushed over and tumbled over that wall that you guys are talking about. >> do you know how the beaver is doing now? >> we got a full report about an hour and a half ago. he has taken on about 900 ccs of

fluid. he was totally dehydrated, covered with ticks, covered with mud. they pumped him had up with pencillingen and the lady basically called him a little cuddle bug. he's a very friendly beaver. he's in some type of holding tub, he's actually swimming around now and hopefully we're going to have another film release of the release of the beaver hopefully in a local pond or stream or something. we're calling him theo, theodore, "leave it to beaver," theodo theodore. wordsmiths and grammar police, i have big news. internet sensation mack lethal is one of us. you may remember mack from his wildly popular internet video "the pancake rap," 23.7 million views. he killed it to the tune of chris brown's "look at me now." ♪
