record about misinformation and will explain the impact on budget and alternative and action being taken. the man who sparked outrage over black mobs is turning his focus to baltimore a mayor. delegate pat mcdonough says the mayor should resign saying she is awol and absent without leadership and he will speak at 11 this morning. more coming up at 5. and maryland's leadership has announced a possible date to consider the expansion of gallon bell. the session will be held the week of july 9th. they could propose legislation for the general assembly to vote on in the special session. today the governor will sign a number of bills making up a 93 page release. >> this morning sherrie johnson spent the morning look through the 93 pages of documents and has a live report on what is expected. >> reporter: today the governor will sign another 300 bills that were approved in this year's legislative session. he will sign the budget and tax

bills approved last week in a special session. those bills include an income tax increase for people earning more than 100,000 dollars and households earning more than 150,000 dollars a year. governor o'malley is expected to sign a bill that would make maryland the first state to ban an arson adjective in chicken feed. state lawmakers banned the use of it a chemical used to help the birds grow and fight parasites. itth law would go -- the law would go into effect on january 1st. top bills to be signed, the budget and tax increases for people earning more than $100,000 and households earning more than $150,000 a year. and a bill to ban an arsenic in chicken feed. the bills cover 93 pages. a lot to sort through and for more information head to abc2news.com. we have the story listed in the home page. also with the complete list of those bills. sherrie johnson, abc2 news.

members of the child trafficking sex force will continue the conference in baltimore county. federal, state and local authorities form the task force in 2007. more than 100,000 children in the u.s. are victims of child sex trafficking every year. the key for parents experts say is to be be comfortable talking to your children so they know they can come to you. stay tuned coming up at five this morning, you will hear from a woman who found a house to help victims in maryland. this morning a church that's bent target of vandals is getting surveillance cameras involved. cable konnexions is donating the cameras. vandals struck again and took out the entrance signs and 7 windows. bb gun holes are in the windows replaced. in the past vandals clipped lines and wacked away with ac units. >> the freeon line out of it if you go to steal the unit for

many were forced to relocate while rebuilding took place. some schools even held classes in the mall. you can find a photo gallery at charley's facebook page. he was there two weeks after the tornado hit and took incredible pictures. >> a team of five environmental activists is in baltimore as part of a 300 mile bike trek from new york to dc raying awareness about climate change and hope to highlight local threats and raise money for 45 environmental organizations. time for a check of the forecast with lynette. >> all right. we look around the nation here and we have an unsettled weather pattern in a lot of spots this morning. but luckily, joplin is looking pretty good. so they don't have to deal with severe weather. we can see more showers and storms now moving into the southeast and also we are looking at now is tropical depression alberto weakening and pushing away from the area. we have a trough of low pressure across the area bringing us a chance for more scattered showers and storms as we head through the rest of

let's go over to charley. a school in bel air is taking action in a health education event following scarry numbers released yesterday. a new study shows one out of 4th teen in the u.s. is diabetic or prediabetic. health officials will host two fairs promoting headlighty eating and holding sessions preparing for schools and insulin pumps. linda so is live at the william packet elementary school where one of the fairs will be take place. it's a fashion trend that has been around for a few years now. we are talking about skinny jeans. they may be popular but doctors say they can cause health problems. doctors say they can put pressure on the nerves on the outer parts of the thigh that cause a continuingelling or numbness and can be painful when doctors say wearing a pair of high heels with your skinny jeans that's even worse. >> because the pelvis tilities it can accentuate the pressure

on the nerve. >> one way to alleviate the pain is trying jeggings that have a stretch to them. the doctor says if you feel tingling or numbness in the legs, stop wearing the skinny jeans and it should go away. if you choose to ignore the pain it could lead to permanent nerve damage. new this morning a new company wide initiative at walt disney is working to hire, train and support returning u.s. veterans called heros work here. as part of the initiative, disney will provide a thousand jobs to vets in the next three years and they are launching a campaign to encourage other employers to follow in line. tomorrow disco legend donna summers will be laid to rest. a funeral will be held in nashville, tennessee. spie he civic details have not been released. she was battling cancer and she was 63 years old when she passed away. it's 4:48. a beer lover's scene in daytona beach, florida. no not a beach party but a truck carrying thousands of

baltimore. 63 in easton and also york and 65 in hagerstown and 66 degrees now in culpepper. the weather pattern lots going on. we have a cold front that will slide through the area as we go through the next couple days or so. but this is what we are working with today. this is a trough of low pressure and this is what's keeping the chance for showers in the forecast. now we look out into the atlantic and we do have tropical depression now alberto. so it has weakened some. we can see what's going on with it. here is as we look at the radar or the satellite trend. and this is your infrared. you can see the high tops and see the color on. but it's moving away from any type of land and it is weakening. that's good news. we look at the future trend andit's bringing a chance for showers and thunderstorms in here as we head through the afternoon. and this trend will continue as we go through the next several days. and then things will dry out a little bit. he think you might like the forecast as we head into the weekend. but for today, that hour by
