both mothers were cleared of wrong doing, but we can tell you this issue is gaining traction on capitol hill, prepro visions in the transportation bill to address child fatalities in car, include a driver alert system and rear seat belt reminders. we were there last night at grove park elementary for a performance for a cause. it was a hot they to take a walk but also a walk to help others. this group felt cool about doing it. dozens of the same students from grove park, middle school and northwest baltimore, walked around the neighborhood to raise money to fight cancer. the stupes one of the students came up with the idea. they organized a walk athon, lollipop sale and a talent show.

a dramatic rescue for firefighters in steam boat springs with no flames in sight. officials were called after a black bear climbed up a tree in neighborhood and wasn't coming down even with a tranquilizer. firefighter on a ladder gives the bear a push and it went flying down on to a tarp. there is a tarp down there. the bear is fine. it maybe a duck pond but might
