suspect. linda? >> reporter: i talked to county dispatch about an hour ago. the suspect is still on the run and we have all new information on the victim this morning. we have learned that friends of daryl augustus will hold a vigil for him tonight. he's 32-year-old lennell ellis. police say on saturday ill legislation went to the home of a woman he has been in a relationship with and found augustus there. the apartment is on dun haven place in carney. police say a fight broke out and ellis stabbed augustus in the leg and he bled to death. ellis drove the body to a remote area in essex and set the pickup truck on fire. back at the apartment neighbors knew something once right. >> i did notice an odor in the hallway. and it just kept getting stronger and stronger. and it was really bad. >> reporter: plan to hold that vigil tonight at 7:00 in the church parking lot behind the immaculate conception in towson. if you know where the suspect

is, ellis, you should call county police. baltimore county police at 1- 866-7lockup. linda so, abc2 news. police are asking for your help this morning to find a burglary suspect. who struck almost a dozen businesses in the eastern part of columbia. now we're told that surveillance video showed people in hoodies with surgical gloves smashing front door windows, crawling across the floor to steal cash from the registers without setting off the security alarms. this is the third such robbery in the last year for one business on dobbin center way. >> this is the third time it's happening. and we are -- the last time about three, four months ago. the drawers were ripped off and thrown in the trash. >> the damage from that previous burglary cost $14,000 to repair. burglars also struck businesses on dobbin road and snowden river parkway. and anyone with information is asked to call howard county

pregnant mistress rielle hunter. and today the school reform commission voted on the plan to dismantling the philadelphia school. a profest and rally are both scheduled and 2700 employees could lose their jobs because of the massive cuts. megan? 5:46 right now. police say he is not going anywhere. baltimore county man has been denied bail after police say he murdered and dismembered a man. abc2 news sherrie johnson joins us with the very latest on this investigation. >> reporter: well, megan yes we have some new information. we've learned that 21-year-old alexander kinyua has been charged with first degree murder. he will face the judge in court today at 1:15. this is in connection with body parts found in a home in the 500 block of terrapin terrace in joppa. the sheriff's deputies have a strong belief that they found the body of a man missing since last week. and while detectives have not positively identified that body; police say they have a strong suspicion that it's kujoe bonsafo agyei-kodie. he's been missing since friday and was last seen in his home
