what soever to talk about in parkville. the west side will remain clear as you travel the outer loop from 795, down to route 40. things are still a mess following friday's storms. >> clean up continues especially in harford county, that area got hit hard. linda so is live in fallston to show us what things look like today. this is some of the damage, the fallston fallston pharmacy, see the roof damaged from the storm. it's the entire building, tarps are covering it. we got off the phone with the national weather service this morning. they confirm an ef1 tornado, touched down in the pleasant hills area. it was on the grounds for a mile. the tornado uprooted trees, damaged businesses and homes.

it happened near mission road and savage, the trial expected to last two days. a stabbing happened at boarding house, late saturday on lafayette. according to police, that there was an argument between antonio and a woman, she got her brother involved, things got physical. matson was stabbed in the back and taken to hopkins but died. the woman and her brother were taken in to police custody. we are learning about funeral arrangements for richard dawson, dawson passed away wfer after a battle with esophageal cancer. he hosted 1994 and 95 season. who could forget him kissing the female contestants as he often did. he was on the 1960s show, hogan's heroes.

baltimore street. congestion is starting to pick up on the main lines, headed through the tunnels, 895 south is starting to slow down now , the fort mc henry is a different story. it will be nice and clear. if you are headed to the topside, here is what it looks like north of 83, no significant delays to tell you about in this vicinity and jfx remains clear if you are using that to get in the city, 11 minute ride from the beltway to downtown baltimore, here is a look at the west side, traffic is starting to pick up on the outer loop that typical morning ride, do expect congestion as you travel the outer loop towards edmonton avenue. that's a look at time saver traffic. strong storm moved through baltimore this is on fridays night, leaving downed trees and debris. >> sherrie johnson is live in towson, picking up the storm coverage as clean up is underway. that is right. they have big clean up issues

going on today. we are here at 628, chestnut in west towson, where a tree fell on top of the roof of this home in the storm. see the blue tarp covering the roof here. that's where the tree hit the top of the house. debris litters the top of the lawn. they have a busy day ahead. the home was damaged by falling debris, the tree literally cut in half and fell on the house. several homes were damaged. east of towson, near the calvert hall and the target shopping center. several huge old trees came down throughout several neighborhoods in the area. the storm left many running for cover. no one was hurt, roger was home with his family when he heard a loud noise. >> it was like it was spinning around and power washing the

house sideways. it's amazing. >> reporter: back out here live, they will clean up, they've start started a little bit. at the height of the storm, 5600 people lost power in baltimore county, we have checked in with bge, most of the customers have power once again. reporting live in towson, sherrie johnson, abc2 news. . a wa rescue in prince georges county. three teens were pulled from the river during the storm. a witness saw them struggling and called 911, the teens were rescued using a system of ropes and pullies. medics treated them for hypothermia, expected to be okay. we received photographs from friday's severe weather. this was sent from a viewer. see the differential between the clouds and the bright skies there taken from harford county. a viewer sent in a picture of gray and black clouds. thank you for sending in the

photos. we posted the slide show on abc2news.com. several baltimore county officials are announcing plans to enhance the county's emergency notification system. it will allow you to register you self to a number and you will receive a recorded or email notification about emergency situation. ems alerts tell you about the threats that are going on in baltimore in the area, especially weather events, like hurricanes and tornados. prince georges county woman expected to be okay after a car crash she was driving it in to an apartment. it threw the woman from he bed to the floor. police say the driver who lives in the building said she was trying to park and her brakes failed. police are investigating whether alcohol or drugs played a factor. a family is dealing with an incredible loss, an 11 yield boy was shot and killed by his own brother. it happened by accident.

surviving brother showed us the last place he saw his older brother. this looks like the boy took a handgun from a neighbor's property to play with it. the 8 year old accidently shot his brer. -- brother. no charges have been filed yet against the 8-year-old boy. happening today, usda expanding search for dangerous bacteria in meat. they tested grounds beef for straining of e. coli. it will not be allowed to be sold and could be subject to a recall. there are 700 different strains of the e. coli bacteria, most are harmless, some can cause serious health problems. good news in the fight against breast cancer. a drug is showing promise and good signs of treating the disease. tdm1, clinical trials showed it
