dismissal of 10 of the 22 counts in the wikileaks case a military judge will hear oral arguments. trial is set to begin in september. now for a developing story. five men in howard county jail after police say they discovered them manufacturing methamphetamine in the hotel room. now there's a twist to the story this morning because we have learned that one of the hotel guest we interviewed was not telling the whole truth. sherrie johnson is here with more on the interview and how he is one of the suspects: this is bizarre. >> reporter: very. abc2 news had an exclusive interview with spencer smith one of the guests at the holiday inn in elk ridge. he was a hotel guest and the 5th person arrested in the meth bust. this started monday when someone called 911 reporting a strong odor on the fourth floor of the holiday inn. the highly addicted man-made chemical is scarce in maryland, it appears that scarceity set the stage for five out of state suspects to set up a lab in the
