calories. >> yeah, you're right. we use sthod go to the store and by 8-ounce, 12-ounce and now it's up to this. 32 ounces. what do we need to do? >> first, we drink way too much sodas and sweetened beverage. people think i'm drinking sweet tea. sweet tea has will about the same amount of sugar. mcdonald's sweet tea has 17 teaspoons of sugar. just because you're not drinking soda -- then people say i'll drink diet sodas. there, you're not getting the calories but you're not weaning yourself off of having sweet things, bathing your mouth all day long. >> you applaud it. >> i like that. i think empty calories are sugar are a big thing but they're not the only reason that americans have this huge obesity problem.
