school turned out to be a prank. the suspicious device they were called to at havre de grace high school was actually a bottle filled with urine. a 17-year-old male student put the bottle, which was meant to be a stink bomb in the hallway of the school. he confessed to it that it was meant to be a prank on the last day of school. the teen is charged with reckless endangerment. well, the rain moved out and the sun rolled in. what a beautiful day. so we have a lot of activities going on with the sailabration. let's take a look at this with wyatt everhart. >> we got the sailabration all week and the 10-miler and also the big canoe and paddle boat ride. dry, and nothing on the radar.

quiet. yesterday a teenager recounted being just 11 when the abuse started in sandusky's basement. his testimony, so emotional, so gut wrenching, some jurors broke down. >> you've got jurors who are in tears over the testimony of an 18-year-old who said what happened to him. that would seem to indicate they believe that testimony, which is terrible news, of course, for sandusky. >> reporter: another blow to the defense was mike mcqueary's testimony. he said in 2001 he walked in on what looked an-- and sounded like sandusky assaulting a boy. he slammed the door. quote. he made the loud noise to say someone else is here, break it up. >> repeatedly told the jury at least 0 time -- 20 times.

i saw it. there's no mistake it was, extremely sexual in nature. >> reporter: today mcqueary's father took the stand and corroborated his son's testimony. experts say things are not looking good for sandusky and they may opt to call the coach himself to the stand. now that the sandusky trial is back in the news, this can be a good time to start a tough talk with your kids about abuse. abc2 has tips from psychologists. first, you want to know what they know. second, use what if situations. what if someone touched you in a certain way, what would you do. know the of abuse, anger, depression and becoming overly protective. well, casey anthony is now reaching out to the media.

last night cnn's piers morgan said she called him and had a 20-minute conversation. she said she did not kill her daughter and labored her past media interviews as horrible saying she was ashamed at person she was. anthony has been in seclusion since her release from jail last july. she was acquitted in her trial. lawmakers are putting pressure on rental car companies not to sell or rent cars that have been recalled. senator barbara box are of california helped introduce the rachel and jack question lynn safe rental car act. it's named after two california sisters who died in 2004 after renting a pt crouser from enterprise. the car was liking steering fluid, then caught fire and crashed into a semi.

you remember little max page. he was in the darth vader commercial. he has to undergo heart surgery tomorrow in los angeles. t.j. winick has more. may the force be with him. >> reporter: during last year's super bowl, he stole the heart of millions during this memorial volkswagen commercial. now he will be underdoing an operation for his own heart. you see, the 7-year-old was born with a congenital defective heart. he will have his pull machine fairy valve replaced. >> for max it's very scary. >> i want it try it get through it with a good attitude. >> this will be his eighth surgery in seven years. to stay positive, max has made a can-do list i'm looking forward

gorgeous shot of downtown where all the tall ships have been coming. we actually captured it today. the cutter eagle, mighty eagle along harbor place and a magnificent day of weather. also in kent island a gorgeous day on tap. this will be the paddle boat race, the kent island canoe putting that on. really awesome weather. we're crystal clear. temperatures now right around 80, mid-70s. 78 in ocean city. again, good looking weather on the whole. winds from the north around 10 to 15 and gusting somewhat higher in spots. we've seen gusts 20, 22, a steady northerly breeze, the drier air. and really, it also makes things

refreshing. it stirs the air. low humidity on that dry northwesterly breeze with temperatures in the low 40s -- sor wi, with -- sorry, with humidity in the 40s. that is the weather maker that came through yesterday. really, it's the only player in our weather. the system could spin clouds back into the direction of maryland. temperatures up around 70 degrees. dry nice mild air, a very humid air. not much at all here on the overall map. this is one quiet stretch headed our way. you see the front stalled out
