getting worse. thieves and con artists have been known to target senior citizens. 84% have doctors, financial planners and other professionals who work with seniors say they've seen an increase in financial abows this year. the proof is in the numbers. met life said americans over age 60 lost over 3 million to financial abuse in 201. that's a 12% increase from 2008. most seniors are swindled. a lot of this fraud goes unreported because seniors are too embarrassed to speak up or they don't know they're being scammed. the people most at risk are between 80, 89, live alone and have someone helping them around the house or healthcare.

a heroic act caught on tape. a houston woman was saved from her burning car by a complete stranger. nancy decker lost control of the car. it flipped over and burst into flames. a man with a fire extinguisher pulls up and saves her with seconds to spare. >> i saw a lady frantically screaming -- she's still in there. she's still in there. took the steps to fix it. >> i should be home. should have multiple injuries. he's my guardian angel. >> decker continues to recover at her home.

right around 32, 40%. the steady easterly breeze off the chesapeake, off the atlantic. it gives us a little bit of an extra cooling effect. marine influence. it's just early enough in the air where the ocean water temp around 70 can have a little bit of a cooling effect. coastal flood advisories are up. that steady east wind does stack the water up on the western shore, so coastal areas, anne arundel county. so this will be comfortable with humidity levels for the blue angels flying high over ft. mchenry and the downtown inner harbor area. it's clear across the region with a few clouds over the mountain. further west some active weather

toward iowa city. a weak disturbance. won't impact us until sunday night. the overall pattern here the next couple of days pretty quiet and verks very nice. some clouds at times. the heat of the day tomorrow. as we go into sunday looks like more of the same, cloud cover here and there. overnight 58 degrees. mostly clear. we stay mild. then we get cool. tomorrow a huge day. we get the baltimore 10-mealer, the blue angels. so, so much going on. starting cool, topping out in the low 80s. saturday night we're talking 60 or so but still quiet and calm and clear. great for all the evening festivities tomorrow. then father's day tough to complain. we'll see another day around 80 degrees, partly cloudy.
