try to avenge the death of martin. >> you know i want you wearing one. i want you wearing one. >> reporter: his attorney said his client and wife were not purposely trying to deceive the court it was a misunderstanding. a baltimore county man will serve life in prison for the murder of william rapporter. prosecutors say that conspired to have her husband killed by quarrel's best friend. sentencing was today. and he will spend life in prison for first degree murder and two other charges in connection with the death at a hess gas station in 2010. a man suspected in the presumed death of a frederick woman is suing over an insurance policy in robin gardner's name.

he says the company owes him $3 million. he took out the policy before he and robin gardner went to. a ruba. she disappeared. he was detained for months but has denied any wrongdoing. baltimore city police are warning about scammers targeting craigslist after three family members were robbed. it was saturday afternoon and in the most recent scam, the victim thought he was going to buy a used car. when he walked up to the car he thought he was buying. they had no idea. as they walk back two people held them up and stole $4500 in cash. this is the second time in less than a month that the police are warning about people using craigslist as scam.

some hand made signs targeting the president have upset a community. a reporter asked about the signs, he ended up in an altercation and it was caught on tape. he tried to talk to the man on a public road outside. he grabbed the reporter's throat and grab his microphone. and police arrested the 59-year- old man. he is charged with assault. in minnesota, storm chasers and this is time collapse video
