that's 1.866.685.3467. this video is on a roadway in russia. this driver obviously has a camera. right in front of him is a big semi truck. somehow that truck manages to just ram the much smaller car that was driving in front of it. that car goes in circles. but the truck ends up losing control and flips over on its side. drivers on the other side were so for the nap. look at the heavy line of traffic. but just as the trucks flipped, there were no cars cinomg that
