around the clock. charley crowson is live in a cool center with an update on their progress. >> reporter: good morning to you and over the past six days they've been getting a few of these and a lot of these, almost half a million bge customers have been in the dark since saturday and because of that they have been working in staggered 12 hour shifts here at the cool center in baltimore city -- call center in baltimore, right now, at a 95% success rate and more crews coming into to help. joining me right now laquisha has been here 13 days. >> 7 straight days for the storm anxiousing phone calls. >> -- answering phone calls. >> reporter: how has ha been for you, taking the calls, i'm sure the frustration is taxing on you. >> we have to be empathetic and i lost my power so i can understand how they feel. >> reporter: when you're relate to go a customer is something

the boy repeatedly -- autopsy report reveals that the boy repeatedly beet the girl, the girl was a foster child. that boy is staying at a youth facility at this time he is not going to be charged as an adult. a lot of -- post man's facebook has caught a lot of attention with child welfare officials, that woman is accused of posting a have i had of what appears to be her -- video of what appears to be her instigating a fistfight of two small girls. >> this video is pretty hard to watch and listen to. the mother is egging on her little girl not out of diapers in a fistfight. an acquaintance of the video saw the video anonymously and contacted social services. >> it's like she's training her before she starts school or something. >> everybody in the city was

shaking their head at this. social services not allowed to say anything about this case. the child psychologist says she could be charged with endangering the welfare of a child. a fired florida lifeguard that you were sounding off about yesterday on our facebook page was offered his job back, however he says he's not interested tomas lopez was fired after leaving his post to help rescue a swimmer outside his zone. it's company policy not to leave your designated area, the other two lifeguards who left in solidarity with lopez say they will also not be returning. the man that lopez help rescued is recovering in the hospital this morning. a cat really wanted some attention and knew the way to get it, especially the best way, you have to see this video, so whatever you're doing come over to the tv and look at this reporter who was live on the air. >> reporter: separating their new title in an appropriate fashion later today. i'm nicole live in east town
