truck. look at hank getting cooled off in the bath. here is what we have, 21 homes without power. the condos next to the town homes have power. what a tease. bge says it's an underground line affecting the 21 homes, here is what people are doing. they are packing up. this is bob evans car, we talked to him 30 minutes ago. his wife went in to labor last week when the storm hit. he has pillows in the car. not ready to bring his newborn baby home yet because it's so hot inside the home. bge says a crew will be out here tonight but so far the people out here don't believe it. a week without power and they feel it in the berry house. 1 year-old mason is able to stay cool. his dad is mostly sweating his wallet. >> if i keep it going all day, it's $40 a day. >> reporter: they kept the

generator going for five days, offering power to a neighbor. about two dozen customers onester court in forest hill feel left out the at risk population, elderly, babies, pets and expectant mom. >> dehydration, i don't want to go in to early labor. >> reporter: holly hill is 7.5 months pregnant, her house is no longer welcoming, the generator keeping one room cool is now getting hot. >> it's starting to get excess excessively hot, even in the bedroom. >> reporter: signs direct people to cooling centers. fernando is doing exactly what health officials advise, if you are working outside, limit your time, take breaks, and drink water. >> it's 11:25, then we will take a ten minute break. >> we are concerned about the
