southern russia has been plagued with serious flooding and so far nearly 200 people have died. look what they're trying to do with this utility vehicle. >> are they pulling out the other car with the red car? >> that's what they're trying to do. even though this is a utility vehicle, when i'm watching this i'm thinking should you be attempting this. look at the water rushing down the street. >> yeah. you would be worried that the red car is going to get swept up in the water. >> is there somebody in that vehicle or are they just trying to save the car? >> looks like somebody may be in the vehicle. you can see the brake lights being applied at some point. but these two guys, it looks like they're just trying to push it or do anything they can to get the car from being unstuck. at this pointe up and leave the and get to safety? >> i mean if that's your car and this close to saving it, i would want some help too. >> at that point it's not really swamped yet. you can still salvage it. >> yeah. >> there's another video i want to show you. this is of a bridge that was washed out.
