we have good news, overnight we got the photos of a survivor. hugo medley was born on tuesday. his parents were in the theater at the time of the shooting. his father is in critical condition. he was shot in the head and is in a coma. and christian bale made a trip to the hospital visiting the victims of the shooting. he posed for photos and those recovering yesterday. he and his wife visited the memorial laying down flowers. a campaign urged bale to visit and warner brothers said the star was there on his own. and the massacre has ignited the gun debate. now you have to show what is a good and substantial reason for a permit a judge has lifted the stay that a portion of the gun permit law is unconstitutional
