took the crews an hour to put out the fire. those in the building stay happened so fast and a woman lost her two dogs. >> i looked out the window i see they are looking up, i see the smoke and fire on the other half of my building. >> i'm thankful i hope everyone is okay. >> now there were no injuries everyone was able to make it out of the september building. and investigators say that the fire started inside a lower level. if you live in one area be aware of making trips to the atm at night a robber targeted people and they believed that the robberies are linked to two similar crimes dating back to june. the man used various cars and locations and concealing his face. by the time victims see him, it is too late.
