drowned 6 years ago. we know where he was yesterday, on lifeguard duty in heaven. this story is about another little boy saved by a lifeguard and a law. >> as kids and family enjoy themss at waugh which a pel swim club a child was found unresponsive at the pool. everyone was incredible in the event that he was not able to be resuscitated by cpr. >> in 2006 young congress ner lost his life in a drowning incident and in 2006 the first defibrillator was donated and it was used today.

we did feel the hand of conner reaching down and heching this little boy. this family is going to have the school year to plan instead of a funeral. >> all l pools in the county must have defibrillators now and this machine saved this boy's life. amy was there when things unfolded. before the adults ran there was a loud scream and the lifeguard, i saw him rescuing a little boy and putting him up on the pool deck and immediately did cpr. amy and all parents are pleased that the lifeguards and with the use of the defibrillator were able to save this little

with funeral services held for the victims of the colorado shooting. the suspect is set to be formerly charged in court monday but the family of the victims are still trying to understand what happened. a court document released friday says that holmes was a patient of a psychiatrist. a package of information was seized from his doctor last week. any communications between the defendant and the psychiatrist are absolutely protected. we don't know at this point when the last time was that he had any communications with her. we don't know the nature of

and 1 momma are happy to be together again. not the case 2 weeks ago when the cubs went searching for food and got stuck in this dumpster. shirley sheng heard the cries in the night. momma bear might've been stumped but shirley knew what to do the next morning. shirley's husband backs up the truck and shirley places a ladder in the dumpster. the cubs immediately begin to climb the stairs and lower themselves down. if this isn't cute enough, get a look at 1 cub that wanted to go back in for a minute when i headed back up that hill, they were all so close to her. we've rescued them before. it's just constant.
