a man who opened fire inside a colorado theater returns to court today. yis expected today i involving james holmes. >> reporter: in a few hours we will hear é&the charges filed against holmes for the first time as the victims are dealing with more heart break. the prosecution is expected to lay down the hammer on 24-year- old james holmes ten days after the movie theater massacre. at his arraignment he could case 12 counts of first degree murder, 58 counts of attempted murder, along with first degree assault and reckless endangerment for the explosives found in his apartment. >> i don't care what your

minute ride from 795, down to 95. an 8 year old boy is find lifeless and cpr saved him. a new law added a back up plan. the boy was part of a birthday party saturday, a lifeguard named mark noticed the child in the deep end. he performed cpr and got him breathing. the incident happened a month after conner's law went in to place mandating defibrillators. >> conner was watching over the little boy yesterday. the mother got a great gift, her son is alive. >> the victim's name has not been released. conners law is considered in queen anns county, the goal is to take the measure nationwide. maybe a while before a police officer is back at work after shot in the leg. officers say one of three people opened fire inside a langley park club saturday

street. crews found the hole after anary heard water running underneath they home and part of the basement caved in. engineers sent in robotic cameras to see how deep the hole was and test how fast it was spreading. shoppers at two wal-mart stores in kansas and missouri forced to leaf after bomb threats were made. the threats were made against wal-mart in leavenworth and lawrence. no dangerous devices were found during the search of the stores. reverend jesse jackson is asking for prayers this morning. his son and congressman is treated at the mayo clinic for depression. jackson says there is no timetable and he is being secretive. congressman jackson is facing a epics investigation linked to
