valley, no problems to report. if you are using 695, here is what the west side looks like. traffic picking up in the area, you are looking at a 12 minute ride from 795 towards 95. a judge says we continue see the alleged colorado shooter when he walks in to court today. a judge ruled cameras won't be allowed when the accused gunman, holmes, walks in to the couple. holmes could face hundreds of charges including 12 counts of fist degree murder and 58 counts of attempted murder. his attorney says taking the notebook is a breech of confidentiality between a patient and a doctor. >> in a psychologist or psychiatrist feels it may pose a threat, in most states they are obligated to do something.

>> the funerals for the victims continued throughout the weekend. we are learning more about the suspect in maryland. atf says the colorado style tragedy could have happened independent maryland. sherrie johnson is here with what is next for the man accused of being behind this suspected massacre. >> we have learned that kneel prescott maybe held for a week in a hospital before authorities decide whether to charge him with a crime, he is held at arundel for a mental evaluation. authorities say prescott was ready to commit a mass shooting. investigators say the suspect facing termination threatened to two supervisors. he said i am a joker. i'm going to load my guns and blow everybody up. plus another graphic threat was phoned in to prince georges county police leading them and authorities to take prescott in to custody friday. investigators found 25 high

powered automatic firearms and a spiked tactical assault rifle and handguns and a night scope or high powered rifle along with 40 boxes of ammunition. neighbors heard police come to arrest prescott. >> loud boom. like, i don't know -- it sounded like one of the big boom fire crackers. i thought it was kids playing in the parking lot because the ca alarm went off and i heard somebody say get on the ground. >> sources with atf say they are in the process of tracing weapons. officers say prescott has nothing more than a speeding ticket on his record. new superman ride at six flags discovery kingdom has kinks to work out. passengers guided to the top of the ride when it got stuck for an hour and a half.

a boy's death may have served as a safety net for another young boy who almost stuffed the same fate saturday. sherrie johnson is here this morning to explain. >> this weekend, an 8-year-old boy was found lifeless at t the bottom of a pool. cpr saved him and a new law added a back up plan. the boy was part of a birthday party saturday, a lifeguard named mark noticed him in the deep end. he performed cpr. he got him breathing. an aed was on site and added protection. conner's law went in to place mandating defibrillators. a boy drowned in 2006. >> conner was watching over the boy yesterday. the moe got a great gift. her son is alive. >> they did their job here.
