dozens of patients that with a knots did -- that was not the case. >> linda so is here with the story you brought last week but it's evoluming. >> reporter: yeah. according to new documents the stuff that caught the attention of his credentialing agency two years ago when a employee found him passed out in a hospital bathroom acording to the -- according to the documents he was fired from the hospital. he turned in his license but went onto work in philly and couldn't be punished because there were no criminal charges and he passed a drug test the very next day. he is accused of infecting dozens of people across the u.s. with hepatitis c he injected himself with syringe filled with a pain killer and reused the dirty needles on patients. he was charged last week in federal court accused of stealing drugs from a new hampshire hospital where he worked in a cardiology lab. he worked in several hospitals here in maryland. >> i think that is eye other and hope it will be for
