the latest on the breaking news out of north baltimore. there was a police involved shooting in the 1400 block of weldon, not far from 83 and 81st. police got a 911 call for a domestic disturbance. there was a fight involving an officer and a man inside the home. police say he pulled out something that looked like a knife. a second officer arriving at the scene fired at the man killing him. we've got cruise on the scene and will -- crews on the scene and will bring you more information as we get it. we have an update on the

child are dead after an apparent hurd -- murder suicide. they believe a 32-year-old man shot his wife and child before killing himself. another child is being treated for burns and cuts on the neck. the county sheriff's office is still investigating the deaths. no severe thunderstorm warnings at this point. they have been dropped. they were marginal but still some dangerous lighting in, so you have to be careful. another storm moving into mt. airy. so you're getting a healthy downpour there in the heart of car roll county. the storm will remain west. places like reisterstown, you could get into the action. a couple more intense downpours

in the mountains where things have cooled off. 80s on average, warm and humid with more scattered storms in the picture. most of this will stay below severe limits. it's been about two weeks since that water main break in downtown baltimore caused some major headaches for drivers, business owners and public work crews. one mane is being re-- main is being replaced. >> reporter: kelly the good news here is the city says they're on scheduled for all the repairs on light street. the bad news, the schedule has changed. life from baltimore to lombard street has been ripped up. there's big holes in the street and pipe all over the place. old pipe and new pipe that will go into the ground. at this point the schedule will be about august 20th for the

least in the center where we haven't had rain yet. active west of us. as we look at the pattern across the east coast, the setup is an active pattern. weave got a coastal low moving away. new coast lal low developing over the carolinas. that will move closely but offshore as we go into the day tomorrow and early thursday. frontal boundary, knocking on the door. that squeezes that moisture into the coastal low. what does that mean? chances for more showers, especially the peak heating, scattered showers and a couple of stray showers into early thursday. there's that next coastal runner. overnight tonight down to 70, staying muggy with a few storms. tomorrow 88, cannot rule out scattered showers and down to 70 as we stay balmy with lingering storms. conditions will get a little drier but a little hotter as we
